I have decided to cut back on my swaps and on the groups that I have joined. I am trying to save money for a wedding so I can't afford to do a lot of swaps and some of the groups I am not very active in and I feel that it is unfair of me to hold a spot in it when I am not active. Nothing personal so thank you so much for having me :) I may rejoin these groups once money permits.

ATTENTION!** I have contacted admin about this, but there is a typo in my address. Instead of Jonesboror it should read Jonesboro. Both my sister and I are on swap-bot with the same address and they fixed hers, but not mine yet :( so please be kind and fix the typo before you mail, so far it hasn't created issues and I have received many things... but you never know...

I am a writer and an artist. I have several international pen pals and I love receiving letters and exchanging small gifts through the post. I enjoy photography and various crafts. I was once described as cute meet morbid, and I think that still holds true. I am into faeries, mermaids, and other mythical creatures. I love the occult, witchcraft, and holloween. (Not to scare anyone off) I'm strange and have ecclectic tastes. I also collect blank journals... I have an unhealthy addiction to them and make-up.

I rate almost anyone a 5 and I usually give out hearts with them. The only way to really get a 3 from me is if you tear a corner off of notebook paper, draw squiggles on it and call that an ATC (for example). Ones are only given out if it has been months after the swap and its obvious that you're a flaker. But I am not rude with 3s.

I love all kinds of music. My taste ranges from classical, jazz and blues, to new age, to rock, to goth, to metal. I love Steampunk music like Abney Park.

I love classical novels and plays such as the works of Lewis Carrol, Cyrano de Bergerac, and novels by Colette. I enjoy contemporary fiction, espcially fantasy novels. Those are also the kinds of novels that I enjoy writing. I also love going to used bookstores and buying old hardback books that I usually will never read lol. I also love fairy tales, folk lore, and tall tales. I am also revisiting an old love of mine, romance novels. I like the darker romances, paranormal romances. I also do enjoy some young adult novels. I love the Looking Glass Wars by Frank Beddor; Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones; Wrinkle in Time- Madeline L'Engle; Wizards of Earthsea- Ursela K. LeGuin; Cronicals of Prydain- Lloyd Alexander, Enchanted Forest Chronicals- Patricia C. Wrede; and The Song of the Lioness by Tamora Pierce.

Writing, poetry, doll making (im teaching myself), jewelry making, decoupaging, collages, watercolors, soap making, lotion making, body oils, making stationary. I love handmade things.

My absolute favorites are: Legend, Labyrinth, Neverending Story, the Goonies, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Fantastic Mr. Fox, The Lord of the Rings, Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away, My Neighbor Totoro, Tombstone, Castle in the Sky, Nausicaa of the valley of the wind. I also love old movies in black and white and technicolor! lol I also enjoy old westerns.

I like science fiction and fantasy shows like: Dr. Who, Stargate, Xena, Legend of the Seeker, Lost, Sanctuary. My dramas include: House Reality/ Talk Shows: Grahmn Nornton, Clean House, What Not to Wear, the Choir, NCIS, Criminal Minds.

I like: weird and unique things, gothic things, classic things, make-up, dark things, happy things, small and large, soft and rough. I love coffee. I love dark chocolate, I love baking. I like strange religious things like small idols and jewelry. Cute things and ugly things. I love old things. I love tea pots and want to collect them, I also love birdcages and old keys (not the modern house keys but the old skeleton keys.) I also love things with celestial themes of sun, moon, and stars. I love old maps and star charts.

I dislike: rudeness, lazyness, and closemindedness... luckily those are hard to send in the mail. HOWEVER... I do dislike when people are snobbish about what they send and are sent. I think people forget that not everyone on here has a lot of money or has high brow elite artistic skills. And what one person views as art may not be what another does.. but that doesn't mean that it is any less worthy or is crappy.

I find myself leaning more and more towards swaps of the pagan/ new age origin. With that being said, I feel like I should elaborate on my interests and beliefs for my partners. I've been a practicing Eclectic Wiccan for almost 15 years now. I collect tarot cards. One day I would like to make my own deck and hand decorate each card. I would also love to have one handmade for me by someone else. I have an extensive collection of stones, but one can never have too many of them in my opinion. The same goes for candles and incense.
