About Me

I am a fiftyish something (for a little while anyway) fibre artist. I have done bed quilts, but I am more into artquilts now, and embellishing. I also do collage, recycled art and photography. And another of my passions is that I am a total quote junkie! I love anything purple, but also like jewel tones and most colors. There is not any particular color that I dislike. I am a tea drinker (nothing fruity tho, I prefer black tea, Earl Gray, Lady Gray, Irish and English Breakfast) Chocolate is another of my favorites,

Comment: Thanks for the hand-made purgatory postcard. I see the P.O. got you for extra postage due to a non-machinable card ( too stiff ). It's cheaper to use thinner card-stock and hope they treat it right.

Comment: Hello Shari, Sorry I have been so slow in rating you, but my health has been very poor since before Christmas and has continued to be an struggle in 2009. So, I am having to take it slow and easy in everything I do. With that said, I want to thank you for the recipe for the Heavenly Lemonade Pie you created for this swap. It sounds very TASTY and sounds like it would be great for a festive event or perfect for me as I am a huge "lemon-anything" eater. So, I will be trying this recipe real soon as the lemonade is "calling my name."
