Hello I am someone that loves to send things out and receive things in the mail and I love postcards from different countries. I also belong to ToyVoygers and Post Crossing. I also LOVE swaps! I am married to an active duty Marine and we are both from California but are stationed out here in North Carolina. I spent four years in the Marines and we live in a military town near Camp Lejeune. I love swaps and love getting surprises. We love to do International travel and we both also love to go to the Disney parks. My husband road races his motorcycle at tracks around the USA and I love watching him. I also love to go to theme parks, the movies and shopping.

I am a very active person and my way to workout is by training and racing in Triathlons. My goal is to do a full Ironman someday!

I LOVE to bake! I have a lot of vintage cookbooks and enjoy making desserts from scratch... especially cakes and cookies.

I love music and love everything from Dance music to Enya and everything in between. I am not a big hard rock or rock and roll person but I love music from the 1950s. I was born in the wrong time period!!

I love reading about anything to do with the 1950s, Vintage housewife how to books such as housekeeping, proper party giving ect. from that time era. I also collect Vintage cookbooks.

This will take all day if I have to list them all... I have a HUGE dvd collection, if I had to throw them all out and keep one I would keep Schindlers list. I love Dramas and comedies but nothing scary. Steel Magnolias,Jason Bourne collection, Twilight, New Moon, The Recruit, Spy Game, James Bond movies, Titanic, Devil wears prada, Stick it, Center stage, Naked gun, prize winner of Defiance Ohio, Peggy sue got married, Pleasantville, Divine secrets of the ya ya sisterhood, Rebel without a cause ( I LOVE James Dean)Turning point.. ok Ill stop or Ill be here all day!

I like old stuff and some new.. Sopranos, Six feet under, Desperate housewives,Mad Men, Greys Anatomy, Father knows best, Weeds, Criminal Minds, Oz, Friday Night Lights, I love Lucy, Ozzie and Harriet, I married Joan, Leave it to Beaver, Bewitched.. all the shows from the 1950s... love them!

I love making fleece blankets! I wish so bad I could sew. I tried to take lessons and even bought a machine which I gave away because I just couldnt do it. The blankets are idiot proof and I dont have to sew :) I want to now learn how to crochet a blanket.... LOL

I am a very active member of Postcrossing and a few other sites that do Postcard swaps. I only like store bought cards of City views, Your country views, Tourist sites, basically anything a tourist would buy! I dont like cards that are handmade, printed off, free, ad cards, flowers, animals or people in them unless they are in native costume. I like cards that have the name of your city/country or landmark on them. I love Map Cards!

I belong to several secret pal groups and have done many swaps. I love bath products, Candy, perfume, lotions, scented candles, bubble baths, bath fizzies, linen spray, unique air freshners, body spray, anything from Bath and Body works is very NICE!

Since I workout so much I enjoy getting things that are related to my sport of Triathlon! I love crazy knee socks! I wear them at all my races! anything that makes my race easier like Body Glide/Gels/visors/headbands the list goes on and on! I love old style (1950-1960s) cute headbands!! I also LOVE Red lipstain!! I go through it like crazy!! The color is easy to find right now as reds seem to be back now!!
I collect James Dean items and love anything with him on it. I also am a HUGE Atlanta Braves Fan!! Anything to do with the Braves would be a huge hit! (no pun intended lol) I wear a size medium top/sweatshirt. I like spice/Cinnamon/fruit smells.

As far as candy goes I LOVE milk chocolate and Marzipan!! I also love key lime pie/Orange/lemon flavored coconut patties! I also love sour candy.

Please do not send me tacky, old, used or tasteless things. I cant stand the taste of licorice, Jelly beans, Tootsie Pops, hard candy, white chocolate, Tea and dark chocolate. I do not like dolls, keychains, fridge magnets, craft supplies, stickers, religious items of any kind, stuffed animals, puzzles, games or romance novels. and please do not send me things that smell like cigarette smoke. I am not into the country look ie roosters and cheezy kitchen things. I also do not like creepy looking or tomboy things. I am not a scrapbooker so please no craft/scrap supplies. I also do not have any children so childrens items are of no interest or use to me.
