Hi I'm 35 years old, with a 14 year old son. I live in California. I'm new to swapping, but am finding that I enjoy it very much. I'm also fairly new to pen-palling, but am loving it. It is something I wanted to do for a very long time.

My favorite colors are lavender and very deep red. I collect quite a few things. I love fairies and angels. I used to have a wonderful collection of masks but now I have a very small one, unfortunately alot of the ones i did have broke in various moves. So, I treasure the ones that I do have now. I would like to find more though. The comedy and tragedy masks are what got me started in collecting them. I also have a collection of dolls, but am thinking of putting them up for awhile. I have a few porcelain clowns. I really like them for the same reason as the masks; they show different emotions and can be very different from the others. I collect Eeyore and Tinkerbelle; clothes, stickers, pictures, you name it. I have a huge collection of books, music cd's, and movies. I like all different types in those. I've also started collection butterflies. I guess I really like things with wings :). I also collect horror movie stuff, I've had a fascination with that genre since I was very little. My hobbies are reading, playing on the computer, watching movies. I also enjoy making tags for others on my PSP. I enjoy coloring with pencils and love to scrapbook. I've loved taking pictures ever since I got my first camera. I've make a memorial one of my deceased husband, a baby book for my son, one for my grandma before she passed away and have a couple of just everyday pictures. I enjoy trying new things though. I enjoy writing and love different types of envelopes and stationary and love colorful gel pens. I wish I could write everything with them.

I really enjoy swapping FB's, books, stationary, and postcards and want to start swapping other things. It's fun and puts a smile when I go to send them out, and get excited when I go to my mailbox and have things waiting for me. I have a myspace page and use msn, yahoo, and the myspace IM. I really want to meet new people and hear the stories they have to tell and have long time pals. I have a weird sense of humor though and am very friendly.

As for foods I like: anything mexican is my fave, even the candy. I like light chocolate, but am not too fussy about anything else. And I like to try new things.

I love all types of music. Old school hip-hop, some country, dance music, soundtracks, oldies, R&B, love hair metal and rock.

My favorites are Jodi Picoult, Stephen King, Dean Koontz, James Patterson, Nicholas Sparks, VC Andrews, and Carol Goodman. I'm not into really hardcore romance, but I will read the lighter stuff. I'm mostly into reading horror, suspense, true crime, ghost story books, funny, and autobiographical books. My range in books that I read is very wide.

My favorite movies are Grease, Ever After, and Chicago. My all time favorite actress is Drew Barrymore. I try to find stuff to collect of hers. I also like Angelina Jolie, Denzel Washington, Will Smith, Adam Sandler, and Reese Witherspoon. I love movies all of types: comedy, horror, musical (I love them), suspense, and action.

I love House, Grey's Anatomy, Heroes. the cop shows on Animal Planet, Dr G Medical Examiner, Intervention, Cold Case, Brothers and Sisters, and I seem to be addicted to the reality shows on VH1.

My wish list is: stationary, pens, evnelopes (decorative or colored and medium sized). Anything to do with fairies, eeyore, tinkerbelle, or Drew Barrymore, labels, my own swap cards, journals, tea, candles, scrapbooking stuff, sickers, coloring books, goth type stuff, and bookmarkers
