About Me
HELLO! My husband, @travisj , and I created Swap-bot from absolute scratch fifteen years ago. It has been a major labor of love ever since. We are no longer able to be as hands on as we once were, but we work hard to keep the site running for all of our very devoted swappers. We love the creativity and generosity of this community!

Rachel....I have wrote you multiple times and I really need help to reactivate my account. My ex deleted it to spite me when our relationship ended and I would really love it back. Hi Rachel -- I had an account over a decade ago with my university address that I have not accessed since. I truly do not remember the email or the username. I've been racking my brain searching for it, but cannot find the old account anywhere. I've been told to contact you to try to merge the profiles. If you can help me, let me know. Thank you.

Hi Rachel ! I'm not sure you're aware of what's going on here. But your and Travis' site is slow but sure going down. It keeps logging you out and a few times just shut down. I truly love Swap-bot and really, I don't want to see this site gone. But there are so many members, doing alternatives to find other ways to swap somewhere else. I hope you care enough to fix the problems. So us loyal members can keep swapping here. I know I would miss it terribly.
