Don't you get awk. filling these out? Haha. At any rate...
I'm Christy. 23. Queer. Californian.
Since I'm not too sure what to tell you about myself, I'll tell you what I like.
Things I Like Most: african coffees, sleeping with tons of blankies and the AC on, hands on projects, scarves (even though I hardly get to wear them), the female body, foreign currency, Miami beaches, road trips, weed, awkward moments, abbrev.s (abbreviations), cats, going to the beach at night, celestial bodies, activists, smooth rocks, sex, trees, freshly clipped finger nails, baking, people who are passionate enough to the point of living an "alternate" lifestyle (green, vegetarian, vegan...), travelling
The list is infinite and I will add to it as time goes on.
Ani DiFranco, Bob Marley, Red Hot Chili Peppers, No Doubt (think Tragic Kingdom), Tegan and Sara, Frida Hyvonen, Led Zeppelin, An Horse, Liz Phair, Sheryl Crow, Coldplay, M.I.A., Busta Rhymes, Queen, Alanis Morissette, Astrud Gilberto, The Beatles, Brandi Carlile, Bush, Don Omar, Radiohead, and according to my iPod "Varous Artists"
10 Things I Hate About You, The Incredibly True Adventure of 2 Girls in Love, Amistad, American History X, Brokedown Palace, The Italian Job, Kill Bill Vol.1, Jeux D'Enfants (Love Me if You Dare), Fight Club
There is more...
The L Word, Weeds, Californication, The Simpsons
(notice how the best shows are based in Southern California :) )
I dabble in everything. Sort of Jane of all trades, master of none (okay, maybe one). Lol!
Beading, working with paper, I taught myself how to knitt and sew (though I've yet to get 'really good' at either), macrame, painting, anything and everything... really.
my newest love: CERAMICS, when facilities are available (aka: when I'm taking a class)
-i would like what you're best at making. however, if you need more direction:
-rainbow (pride colours)
-celestial (planets, stars)
-cancer (zodiac sign, crab)
-cats
-dark chocolate
-architecture
-seed beads
-postcards
-incense
-beach/ocean/shells/coral
-pens
-a mix CD of your absolute favourite music
-trees
-coins and currency not from USA (PLEASE!)
Also, I've been curious. Here in the states we have quick dinners that come in a box (noodles and sauce, rice and sauce) where all you have to do is add your own meat and water/milk. For example: Hamburger Helper. So yeah, I'd like to try some that your country might offer!
I would rather not get religious "praise him!" items. I don't know what to do with them and usually feel bad throwing things away...
Not big on Disney either...
