Reading would have to be my all time favorite pass-time. I love both fiction and non-fiction. Novels I like to read include crime/detective (Agatha Christie,Janet Evanovich), fantasy (Robert Jordan,cant think of who else I've read recently), classic's (Homer, Sherlock Holmes series, etc) as well as this I love reading craft books, gardening, magazines, just about anything.

sewing, knitting, cross-stitch, quilting, felting, pottery. I like trying out new things - recently I have tried Fimo/Sculpey modelling. I would love to learn how to make ATC's and crotcheting.

I dont really watch a lot of television but I do like Criminal Minds, Grey's Anatomy and Trinny & Susannah's What Not to WEar.

I like pop, rock, country, some hiphop, classic and older stuff. I dont like heavy metal or that kind of stuff.

I am 36 year mum to 5 children - 4 girls and 1 boy. I've been married for the last 10 years to a wonderful husband. I live in a remote area of Australia and am currently studying at Uni by distance education. I have lots of hobbies that keep me amused when not chasing after my children. My favorite colors are red and black. Apart from craft and reading I like writing to penpals and participating in swaps and internet forums.

I like to collect perfume which include samples. I have just started collecting momiji dolls - they are just so darn cute!

Due to Australia's strict quarantine regulations the following items will not be allowed and will be confiscated by Australian Customs: * Meat & meat products

*Dairy & Eggs, or any product containg more than 10% egg or dairy

*Plant material, seeds & raw nuts - this includes herbal tea's that contain fruit peel, dried herbs or leaves, all plant material including bulbs, whole plants, cuttings, roots, flowers and stems. Gifts, ornaments and toys filled with straw, plant matter, sand or soil.

Unfortunely customs have already confiscated and destroyed one swap and tore apart another that only contained paper, so they are pretty strict in this regard.
