hi all i am 43,and live in the uk,am new to swap bot but am looking forward to swapping with people. i love writing to my penpals,readingand walking and i collect stickers,keyrings,fridge magnets,stationary and teddy bears. i make cards,and have just started quilting. am really looking forward to . THINGS I SWAP stationary,stickers,fridge magnets,jewellery bookmarks,postcards,erasers,anything with dragons on,tote bags and pens,any pens,i just love them the cuter the better THINGS I DISLIKE i am quite easy to please,but i dont want seeds as i have nowhere to grow them,and im not keen on things with birds on,i dont know why,but was always told pictures of birds in the house is unlucky THINGS I COLLECT same as things i swap apart from gargoyles. HOBBIES reading,writting long chatty letters to penpals,cross stitch,quilting but am a novice i have also started card making

Favorite Books

i also love ragdolls of any shape size and description and collect them,i love handmade ones

things i dislike 2 i dislike the colour green,cats,really sickly romantic books,didl and boring notecards

my fav music is most of the music from the 1980s prob because i waas a teenager then and at my record buying peak,i hate country and western music.

Favorite Crafts

my fave books are anything by margaret attwood,martina cole and jilly cooper,i hate sickly romances and danielle steele books

i love making cards,sewing,knitting,quilting and have just started to learn to crochet . writing journals is new to me and i love it and i also want to give scrapbooking and ATC a go.

i have just started knitting and i love all wool,and all colours apart from black,would love to try unusual yarns and wool

Comment: messaged you various times. you said you were resending.doesnt take this long even if you been ill ... from uk to uk.someone claiming to be your husband msg to say was going to resend nothing. this swap is from january. will rerate if and when i recive.
Response: im responding on behalf of janis,she was involved in a very bad car accident as you were informed off,she is still in hospital and is lucky if she walks again,please take in to account she has a lot more worries and problems to think about than this

Comment: Thank you so much. I love both of these bags. The grocery store bag is wonderful with its heavy bottom and nice and big. And the clothes bag is really great. I am definitely going to be using these bags. (BTW - Around here there is a Morrison's Cafeteria where a lot of older people like to go eat because they can get a nice hot meal that is not too expensive. :-0 )

thank you for my random stuffed envie from the -ssh- group tag. :) the envelope was open when i received it and i am wondering if you sent more than the note, the notecard, and the lipstick pen/eraser set? because the customs form reads "jewelry" and i wasn't sure if something fell out. :( that would be sad. thank you for sending either way though!

Greeting from New Zealand.

I am just snooping checking out participants in my I will take a risk Newbie penpal swap. I like to know who is out there in the real world.

I am sort of new to quilting too. I started years ago but haven't done much, mainly because I just love fabric too much and hate cutting it up for patchwork. How silly is that? I have only started card making, and I absolutely stink at it but don't care because it is fun.

I also like teddy bears and have too many lurking about the house.
