22nd Sep - At the moment our flat is off "limits", due to a burst waterpipe/celing falling on me while in shower (I am unhurt). Staying close but if I am a little slow in ratings please understand - I will get them done but am now limited to when I can get to a computer. All swaps this end will be sent out before deadlines

Am 32 years old. I am one of the managers in a supported living home for Adults with learning/Mental Health needs - I love my job. Enjoy music, reading and swimming. Enjoy writing letters, sending postcards, and also collecting them. Some of my fav bands include Nirvana, Manics, Lou Reed, Offspring, do like some chart stuff.

I like reading, while I will read almost anything, horror/ghosts are the types I like most of all, I dislike Clowns, they are just creepy - that and the film IT put me off. I like anything "grungy" - most likely a reflection on the way that I dress. I love body piercing.

I live in London, but orginally come from Norwich, I moved to London for Uni - that was a long time ago now.

Cannot really say that I collect many things, postcards and bookmarks are the main thing, but to look at my flat it would be fair if you though that I collected books. I live with my boyfriend, we have been togther for 14 years, we dont have children but do have one fish called loach, because thats what he is - a weather loach.* Loach died by misadventure, he jumped from his bowl*. I like frogs/toads, koloa bears - I really hope to see one for real one day. We dont have a TV, but thankfully for Iplayer I enjoy Eastenders, Buffy (via DVD), mainly listen to radio 4 (the archers rock!)

On my (rare) days off - (bloody mobile phones) I will either tend to nowt, see friends or come over all Step-ford house Wife and moan the moment the boyfriend puts his bag down as I'VE JUST CLEANED THERE. I swear, I have been this close with the newspaper when he comes in..... don't even have a garden. Recently started with the whole mail art, I would like to try ATCs/Inchies but the amount of times I have tried and just ended up throwing them away is untrue (scared people will laugh at the them)...but will keep at it. I am rather a shy person - I hate eating in front of people that I do not know, talking and suggesting things in case they think that its wrong - however I can also be rather forward in my view if need be. I have a condition called NF - this is also why I am shy at times because of the lack of understanding that there is (more so in the UK in my understanding) - people will just assume that you have been hit (I have a large lump of my eye, everyone from my boyfriend/parents to the people I support have been accused of hitting me). It really gets me down at times - but there are people worse of than me (I mean that in a "i should stop being so bloody selfish at times") By the way...as you may have noticed I am bad at spelling.
