About Me

I enjoy celebrating holidays. The past few years I have been more into celebrating the winter solstice. It is my goal to simplify the way we celebrate Christmas, and incorporating traditional solstice celebrations seems to be a good way to do that. This year I plan to have a solstice tree in my backyard. A few years ago we hung mason jars with candles in them from our apricot tree for the solstice. I'd like to expand on that this year.

Comment: Thank you so very much for introducing Lompoc, California! I am delighted with everything I received. I am most interested in the murals, the Mission, and the Historic Park. The Flower Tours sound wonderful, especially as sweet peas and delphiniums are my and my husband's favourites! We try to grow them, and they are widely cultivated in the Worcestershire Valley. And being a bit of a glutton myself, I loved the information of wining and dining... Overall, a most informative package with plenty of extras. Thank you! I am ready to visit Lompoc!
