About Me

I love creating handmade postcards! I have several boxes full of ephemera just for this purpose. From junk mail, to magazine, to scraps of colorful paper, textured paper, pamplets, notecards. It makes a wonderful collection of materials for postcard making. I will gladly make you something for the swap.

I also enjoy gardening and plants. This is the first summer of my small roof garden and the spinach, tomatoes, pepper, wildflowers and herbs are florishing. I also have several houseplants in every room of my apartment.

I particularly like receiving postcards with nature or vintage themes. My favorite are handmade cards, but I do love a good store bought card, written on and sent naked through the mail.

Comment: Still have not received anything. I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt that maybe the mail was slow or you had something going on and couldn't get it out on time, but it's been almost a month.

Comment: Sorry to do this on a swap you hosted - I'll happily change it if I ever receive anything. You marked sent on the swap just after the deadline, about 2 months ago, then promised to re-send when I let you know it hadn't arrived. I've still not received anything, and you haven't responded to my PM. But you also haven't been online for a couple of weeks, so I hope everything is okay?

Comment: Item met the basic swap requirements, although mailed a week late with no communication to partner and shows some construction issues. Very nice if a first attempt at fabric postcards. Hope you like them enough to try some of the tutorials I sent you - wokring in fabric is a bit different than paper!

Hi, you still haven't replied to my messages or that of your swap partner. YET your still logging in to Swap-Bot. Could you please have the courtesy to let us know what is happening with your swap "Chocolate Bar Swap #2" It's unfair on your swap partner that your not bothering to acknowledge that this swap is overdue.

Hi there - I'm concerned that you appear to be falling behind on your swap. You are one of my send partners for the Handmade Fabric Postcard swap that had a send date of 10/9. I have received no communication from you about late sends but you are now marked as sent on 10/18. Please remember that any late sends or swap difficulties need to be communicated to your partner and the swap host BEFORE the send date. Just ignoring the date and sending late without communciation isn't cool.
Will see if the postcard arrives, but consider this my communication to you about your package. It is now up to you to ensure it arrives and carry the communication ball. I will simply watch time and rate accordingly.
