About Me
I live in California. I have been married for 26yrs to a wonderful man. I have two daughters. The youngest recently graduated from college and the other is a solar physicist. My other daughter is a third grade teacher. I've sewn and made stuff for as long as I can remember. I am currently the president for the Central Coast Art Doll Club. My art is currently available for sale at Gallery at Marina Square
Favorite Music
I like a wide variety of music. I don't care for rap or heavy metal.
Favorite Books
My favorite kinds of books are craft books. I really enjoy Japanese craft books. I can't read them but the pictures are very inspiring. And the patterns are pretty easy to figure out. Also, I love a good mystery. My favorite authors are Jodi Picoult, Agatha Christie, Lucy Maud Montgomery and Earl Stanley Gardner.
Favorite Movies
Some of my favorite movies include, Big Fish, August Rush, Ratatouille, Totoro and Thoroughly Modern Millie.
Favorite Television
I'd rather not watch. I will occasionally watch an old show online.
Favorite Crafts
My very favorite crafts include sewing. I love to sew quilts, bags, purses, stuffed animals and occasionally clothes. I also enjoy some bead embroidery, paper crafts (especially matchboxes), making miniatures and working with clay.
Other favorite things
My favorite things include fabric, fabric, and more fabric, Beads are always good (especially small interesting ones-for my bead embroidery).
I love coffee and chocolate, together is always good.
My favorite colors tend to be bright but not neon. I don't care much for muted colors.
I like kawaii things and Hello Kitty.

Just received an envie with CPG wish! You're soooo wonderful! And this mom who can't sew is so very thankful for beautiful little Hello Kitty pouch you made for her daughter :) I totally love it and she will too! :) I'm trying to get her to understand value of money but she's still all in coins (paper money is not money, you know?!). And she has 3 wallets she received as gifts but not a single one of them has place for coins?! So, this cutie will be perfect for her! :) And, thanks for extras inside! I just yesterday gave her her 1st album for collecting stickers! She'll enjoy adding some more! :)
