Comment: I love the postcard and I actually received a postcard from the same person so I could tell whose art it was. Such a distinctive style. I go to HIIT during the workday, so I never dread it because I'm leaving work to go, but if I had to drag myself out of bed to go or go after work I could imagine dreading it. I also discovered that my gym has something called rockbot where I can semi-control the music selections. So.... I can at least reduce the amount of ultra-popular music and make something a little bit more palatable during my workouts. (they played 'manchild' by sabrina carpenter this morning - so not the vibe). I was always considering Orange Theory, though, glad you're liking it!
