I am an Arizona transplant to Colorado. I miss the Arizona desert but equally love the Colorado mountains. I am a stay at home mom with two active little boys. I spend some of my spare time on photography (especially birds and other nature), gardening, crafts and genealogy.

I recently began swapping Friendship Books. I really enjoy making FBs. If you would like to swap FBs or LBs please let me know!

I just started to sell postcards. For now they are all resale. I hope to eventually sell postcards with my own photos. The postcards I have available for trade on Flickr are also available for sale if you do not want to trade. In many cases I can obtain more of a certain postcard if you are interested.

• purple (the color),
• brown (the color, esp when combine with purple, pink or blue),
• Gladiolas, irises, daisies,
• butterflies,
• dragonflies,
• hawks,
• reading,
• spring,
• gardening,
• Postcards - I am beginning a collection of state map postcards.
• colorful craft paper,
• fabric (esp small pieces I can use for quilt squares for an I-spy quilt for my boys)
• trains (my boys love trains)
• canceled US postage stamps,
• Philadelphia mint state quarters in good condition (any one is fine, it is difficult to find the P's instead of the D's in Colorado),
• I will always like homemade items. I respect the time put into making things. I have never had a softee.

Cross stitch - esp. birds of prey, flowers and patriotic.

Doodling - I have pictures of some of my doodles on my flickr page.

paper crafts - creations from cardstock, cards, etc. I enjoy making FBs and have been making many lately.

Sewing - I am a novice sewer. I made a skirt a few years back but outgrew it before I finished. I recently flew down to visit my Mom and get sewing lessons. We made two skirts and I learned a lot.

Rocks. My Great-Great Uncle Howard got me started collecting rocks. Most of my collection was supplied by him but I would someday like to go rock hounding.

US postage stamps. I collect US postage stamps. I used to work on my collection as my Father worked on his. I plan to someday start my kids collecting stamps.

state quarters (I don't have many of the Philadelphia minted state quarters).
