I live near the beach in Australia with my hubby and young children (one boy 8yrs, one girl 5 yrs). Love: photography, travel, mail art, rubber stamps, movies, autumn, scrapbooks, music, swimming, balloons, handmade envelopes, handwritten letters, stationary, ephemera, doors, string, ribbon, old photos & postcards....

I like a lot of different styles. The Cult, Lenny Kravitz, INXS, Muse, U2, Pink, George Michael, love piano music, soundtracks and movie scores, then love listening to softer music such as Cafe Del Mar etc. Too many to name!

I love autobiographies! And Patricia Cornwell, travel tales, and inspiring books about people who have overcome or gone through and survived troubled times.

Cast Away, Apollo 13, anything with Ben Stiller or Tom Hanks.

I don't get a lot of time to watch TV! But when I do, I love Law & order SVU, Ghost Whisperer, True Blood, Seinfeld, Ellen, Oprah, 60 Minutes...

Rubber stamping, sewing, card making, scrapbooking, mixed media, collage, bookbinding, assemblage, mail art, ATC's, knitting, quilting.

Love to collect or receive:

• Patterned Fabric Quarters (or any size) - especially in neutrals, pinks, greens, blues, reds... actually any colour! Thrifted or new - either is fine!
• old cabinet photos
• old studio portrait photos
• old Photobooth photos
• sheet music for piano (any condition)
• ATC's
• vintage buttons & sewing bits and pieces
• old laces & trims
• ribbons (especially love plain or striped, but any style is great!)
• thread spools (new full of thread or vintage wooden ones... they're all good!)
• fabric remnants no matter how small
• old tissue sewing patterns (any condition. I just use them for craft, not really as a pattern, so it does not need to be complete)
• original black & white photographs - especially sent as postcards (with no envelope)
• old door keys and locks
• nice envelopes & stationery
• handmade envelopes & stationery
• twill - any size or colour
• Small buttons (Badges)
• any stickers or fun stuff for my kids

• Colours: olive green, red, black, white, earthy colours like rust & amber, neutral colours like cream & brown. Also love yellow, orange, blue, pink, burgundy, navy.
• Chocolate: especially Lindt, Toblerone & Cadbury.

• I prefer all postcards to be sent to me naked (unless it's a multiple postcard swap and they need to be sent together) Otherwise... I love the stamp, address and writing to be all on the postcard itself. :)
• LOVE handmade postcards created from anything. Cardstock, fabric, cardboard boxes, translucent materials... anything! Experiment, have fun!
• If you're not the crafty type, store bought is fine too! My faves would be using a vintage flower or old photo postcard from a thrift store. Or if using a 'current day' postcard, I love single scene photos that show your area.
• I also collect postcards created from real black & white photographs. If you're into photography, I would LOVE to receive one of your B&W photos as a postcard! If you'd like to do a private B&W photography postcard swap, let me know!
