About Me

I'm an introverted, very quiet person. Indoorsy, catlover, couch potato. I love whatever I consider beautiful, and I like to be surronded by pretty things.

I like to write letters about books, everyday life, cultural differences and local traditions, my dolls, anything I'm interested in.

I am obsessed with cats, dolls, whatever series I'm watching at the moment, history of costume, and pretty much everything I've listed in hobbies and interests (read further)

Please don't send me anything that doesn't fit in an envelope (this is great for those in a budget, like me). Argentina's mail system doesn't have a regard for gifts, so everything is treated as a purchase and lots of taxes are added, which I can't afford at the moment.

So, until things get better, thank you but no, thank you.

If we're partners for a profile related swap, please choose things that can be fitted in an envelope. Otherwise, I won't be able to receive it.

Thank you :)

Comment: You made good progress! :) Have you decided what to read next?
Response: No, not yet. Today won't be a reading day for me, so I guess that remains a problem for future Fiorella to solve if she wants something to read on tomorrow's commute 😅

Comment: Sorry for slow rating. Your email went to my spam folder and I had a hard time locating it. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this book and the movie. I was not familiar with either prior to reading your email, but I definitely want to check out the movie soon and possibly the book some time in the future. 😊❤

Comment: Don't you just hate it when 'real life' gets in the way of important things like reading? :) I cannot believe you watched the WHOLE season of Good Omens already! I kept getting interrupted in the first episode! :(
Response: Well, in this case life got in the way with more reading, which I didn't hate, even though it took time from my TBR books. And yes, not only I already watched the whole season, but I think I'll reawatch it again soon. This very night, probably. The "perks" of being a single lady with little to none social life xP

Comment: Wow! I love your comments. I don't know what I think of Eat Him if You Like but the story was intriguing enough that I bungled through the Wiki article on my college French, refusing to allow Google to help! I think I'm going to add Delicacy to my list! Thank you! Congrats on becoming an auntie! It's the best!

Comment: Thanks for sharing your list. :) Not adding new titles is SO HARD! I struggle with that too, especially when I'm offered ARC's. *sigh* I added a few to my Good Reads list yesterday, that were listed in a book newsletter. Hmm, maybe I should un-subscribe from that until I get more books read. Nah ... :)

ESG: Spread some Art! profile decoration

Hello, how are you? I have so many favorite art works from different periods and different artists. It's really hard for me to choose only one... One of my all time favorites is gorgeous and naughty painting by Jean-Honoré Fragonard. It's called The Swing. I actually ha an honor to see this work few times at Wallace Collection in London. For me it presents the true spirit of Rococo period.

:) enjoy!

(So...I couldn't get the original artwork I wanted to upload to work, so I'm going with Alex Grey's "kissing"...he's another psychedelic artist who I absolutely ADORE! But, you should also check out the art I originally wanted to share. She can be found on Instagram @smallmoon_ and is an amazing young artist whose trippy work gets me right in the feels.)
