I'm a mother, wife, sister, auntie, and friend. I've been married for 2 1/2 years (and have been with my husband for almost 5 years)and we have just had our first child (a little boy) at the end of october. I like to spend time with friends and family, and enjoys my new found hobby of swap-bot:) I also like the outdoors, and being active. And i admit i can tell when the mailman is here because i know the sound the mail makes being dropped into our box:

No cable and haven't for the past few years. So that just leaves DVD's i can watch on the lap-top.....usually wait till i can get series on DVD. Otherwise, Alias, House, Corner Gas, Gilmore Girls, Grey's Anatomy.

Like the outdoors, into Sea Kayaking, hiking, enjoying the sunshine. Like music, walking, journals and reading.

I Love Fiction. Love light and quick reads, as i find my schedule allows best for these types, but i'm also currently into Jodi Picoult's novels.

I'm just starting to get more into scrapcooking. Love anything with funky paper and pictures. like using more than just paper, nothing better than a collage with a bit of 3-D to it. Into Journaling more lately as well. And i love 'to do lists'. I enjoy knitting, and love doing little projects, like scarves, dish clothes, and socks. More recently i've gotten into making wire wrapped rings, and i am totally addicted, absolutely love making them.

My iTunes has a bit of everything. love everything from the mellow music, to upbeat funky stuff, and most things in between...with the exception of rap and heavy metal. Some favourites (or just some that i've got on my itunes currently are, david grey, jack johnson, james blunt, bedouin soundclash, dashboard confesionals, one republic, Juno soundtrack

I love... Candy - sour candies,chewy cadies, White chocolate, Milk Chocolate, for international candy i love Haribo Goldbears, and Top Deck, but can not find them where i live. So those are an extra special treats for me:)

Colour - yellow, Bright yellow is my favourite. bright colours in general.

Drinks - Iced Tea and Lemon Teas, anything with lemon mostly, not a big coffee fan, but i don't mind the flavoured types.

Food - Vegetables, Stone Fruit, Kraft Dinner:)

Places - By the water, whether it's ocean, lake or river. Top of a mountain, perferably in winter.

Scents - Vanilla, lemon, and lavendar

Other things - Slippers, anything knitted, Homemade postcards, poetry.

I have no food allergies. Size 8 feet.
