About Me

I have two small boys. I work in New York City. I LOVE black tea. Flavored tea...not so much. I love camping and vacationing in New England. Block Island, RI is one of my favorite places. I like to spend time one-on-one with friends, especially going out to lunch or dinner.

Favorite Music

Classical piano music (Mozart, Chopin, Brahms) Broadway shows (Les Miserables).

Favorite Movies

All-time favorites: Sound of Music, Dead Poets' Society. Generally, chick-flicks, some historical movies like Saving Private Ryan.

Favorite Television

Amazing Race, Real Housewives of NYC. Cake Boss (I used to live in Hoboken).

Favorite Crafts

I love to knit. I make dishcloths to swap. I want to learn to knit socks...would love to receive interesting sock yarn. I also like interesting stitch markers.

I've done some sewing in the past and would like to do more. Always on the lookout for interesting fabric.

Other stuff I like...

Things I like: Anything handmade...dishcloths, jewelry, handmade cards, whatever you like to make

Recipes...Anything "tried and true." I'd love to try anything you or your family loves.

Anything dinosaurs for my sons.

Dislikes: Dollar-store items Candy and chocolate Scrapbooking items...I just have a ton already.
