UPDATE JUNE 5, 2010 ~ Sorry for not logging in but we had a death in the family and the entire week since our return has been devoted to arrangements and the funeral itself. And as if the loss isn't enough, I have also just learned my own father has stage 3B lung cancer. Dealing with everything all at once has left me feeling down as expected and I just need some time to get back into the "norm" of things - if there is such a thing!

As my rating reflect, I have been a loyal and honest swapper to date. I have no intentions of flaking on anyone. I am just asking for a bit of time to feel happy again to work on swapping. Thank you so much for your understanding and I PROMISE PROMISE everything will go out as soon as my life stabilizes.

As my ratings reflect, I take my swapping seriously! Nothing makes me happier than sending things to others in hopes of brightening up their day! I have sadly had two packages go missing thus far and (crossing fingers) out of over 250 letters and packages sent that's a pretty good ratio I think. I have been pretty lucky so far. In the event you don't receive something from me in a reasonable time, please message me and I will send another one out right away. Sometimes the mail sent out of Canada is ridiculously slow though so please be a bit patient!!

I'm a happily married career mom to two wonderful teenagers. I started swapping when I was 13 years old. I remember stalking the mailman everyday waiting for those fun envelopes and packages to arrive and being disappointed when a day went by without mail! I think once you become addicted to mail, you can never stop stalking the mailperson!! ( grin )

Part of the fun of swapping back when I was a teen was the fun address labels we used for our friendship books and slams!! I also love♥ alternative rock like Nine Inch Nails, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Stone Temple Pilots and Red Hot Chili Peppers. My son is actually named Trent after Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails! I do like dance and pop music when it has a good beat and catches my attention...right now I go gaga over Lady Gaga...and I have a secret music stash on my ipod for techno and rave music when running, it is a huge motivator!

I used to love watching this tv show called "Creepy Canada" about haunted sites across Canada but I think they cancelled it - I can't find it anymore. Oh and I have been watching The Young and the Restless for about 22 years now it seems - man that makes me sound old hee hee

I love love love to travel. Luckily, I have the means to take a couple vacations a year. I love photography and am never without my camera - you never know when a kodak moment will arise!

I also love to run- sounds strange to say it but I do! Last year I ran my first half marathon in Las Vegas and cant wait to do it again next year!!

I also play pool (8 ball) and have won three trips with my team to play in the National Championships in Las Vegas. The last few years, I have also taken up golfing. I am slowly getting better but it's definitely a sport testing my patience to learn lol.
