About Me

I'm 27, married, have a 7 year old and live in the high desert of California. I am graduating from my local JC this summer and continuing on to get a BA in teaching. I knit and do graphic design, I also like to write. Last fall I was doing postcards with a serial story on the back for my friends. I collect sheep, yarn, books, brushes for photoshop... Laugh. Apparently I go for list of 100 things swaps too :) I enjoy swapping.

Favorite Music

I have a varied taste in music. Hugely varied. Even though at the moment I am completely devoted to Blue October. But seriously, I listen to just about everything.

Favorite Movies

Star Wars, White Christmas, horror movies and thrillers. I love violence in movies. That's a weird thing to say, I know, but I really do-- so long as it's done well. I majorly loved Shoot Em Up, and The Brave One. My favorite actors are too many to list. :)

Favorite Television

House, Medium, Jericho, Jeopardy!, Numb3rs, Dr Who, and now... Californication. I love Californication-- David Duchovny cracks me up.

Comment: Hey hey it finally arrived, and what a fun yarn ball to unwrap! I sat there on the couch like a little kid with a huge grin across my face slowly unwrapping...and unwrapping! I have to admit, the end was my favorite to find, great choice of base! I'm so glad the post office didn't lose this on us. Happy swapping, and thanks so much for sharing your Halloween fun...and yarrrrn. ^^

Comment: WoW!!!!! You deserve a billion hearts...I can't believe what an incredible swapper!! I'm not a huge fan of cheesy movies, BUT my HUSBAND absolutely adores cheesy black & white movies. So when I got the (giftwrapped and brand new!!!) movie collection in the mail today, you absolutely made my husband's week - and earned me a FOOT MASSAGE, which is the best swap present you could have EVER sent me :D And the (also giftwrapped and brand new HARDCOVER) book looks really interesting and wonderful, as an avid reader, I'm really looking forward to reading it! Thank you for being such an awesome swap partner!!

Don't get discouraged by people not being nice about swaps and not paying attention to what they get in the mail. Not everyone on swapbot is like that. Most people are really cool and decent.
