I am a 30 year old big kid! I love vintage toys, and I collect and customise My Little Pony, My favourite are the G1 boys, though I'd like to add a few G2boys to my Pony army one day! I don't actively collect newer generations (apart from the friendship is magic ones!) but if I see them in a charity shop or i'm given then then I add them to my collection!

I (attempt) to make jewellery, steampunk is my favourite. I am experimenting with resin at the moment. I'm so impatient though, I hate having to wait 24 hours for it to set!

I am dabbling in making mini journals, but i have craft fear and always worry that I'll ruin my nice paper or embelishments, so swap-bot is definitely helping me get over that fear! Through all the swaps I'm defintely learing more and getting better at it too!

I adore animals, and I have a special fondness for rats as I used to keep them, though now I've moved on to slightly larger furballs! I have 2 ferrets, as well as a horde of cats, a dog and giant african land snails, sea monkeys and triops.

I studied creative writing at uni and have had a few short stories published in local magazines and anthologies. I am in the process of writing a novel and hope to finish it some time in the next 30 years:)

By day I work in a bookshop, I love books with a passion bordering on obsession and I'd buy a book over clothes anyday! I love teen books; mostly fantasy, dark romance and anything that's a bit different. I also love paranormal romance, dark fantasy, cult and gay romance novels. I swear there are too many books and not enough time for me to read them all!

Allergies:

I have IBS which is effected by eating too much gluten and wheat so I'm now on a wheat free diet--saying that, I won't give anyone low marks for sending me anything with wheat in it--I have family who would even prefere you did!;)
