A few random facts about me: - I’m a 21 years old girl. -
I’m a third year student in industrial design , I’d like to graduate in packaging.
° I’m a photographer for a French punk webzine, .
° I have a pet turtles, a pet rat and a field mouse rescued by a friend.
° I’m straight edge so no alcohol please ( like those chocolates filled with liqueur)
° I’m a sweet tooth
° I love everything cute and kawaii but can’t find much around, I have some stickers and loose memo sheet, only a 'full' monokuro boo notepad, not my favorite but I'm not picky and it was a gift ^^.
° I've been making bento lunch for two years now, I'd love any accesories or recipe if you have any to share (for cold bento ).
° I’m a lot into design, industrial design, packaging and graphic design.
° I’m only allergic to insect bite, please don’t send me any bee ^^.
° I dream about going to Japan one day and I'm learning japanese.
° I lived in Brazil for 4 years.
° I'm always the one bugging my parents to turn of the light and re-use things, I try to be as green as I can.

° shipping time can be tricky since i'm international, so please ask me before rating with a no-sent
° I still occasionaly play drums, but would love to try the trumpet
° I'm not an overly girly-girl, mostly indie or geeky style of clothing/accesories
° I love baking, cake, cupcakes, muffins, cinamon sticky rolls, bread, you name it, if it's got sugar or yeast I'm in it

Favorite Music

I listen to quite a lot of music, mostly punk, olschool hardcore, indie, ska, 'geek punk' rockabilly and some classical.

Favourite bands would be the likes of Bad religion, the aquabats, Jets to brazil, modern life is war, Pedro the lion, Alkaline trio, Brand new, Modest Mouse, streetlight manifesto, big D and the kids table, the Tokyo ska paradise orchestra, against me!, Rival schools, groovie ghoulies, ... I get to a lot of shows (whenever I can) since I'm a photographer for a french punk webzine

Favorite Books

Favourite books are mostly science fiction and fantasy, I have all of the Discworld novels by Terry Pratchet, most Douglas Adam, H.P.Lovecraft, Jules Verne..

My all time farourites are
-“The perk of being a wallflower” by Stephen Stephen Chbosky, "Flowers for Algernon" by Daniel Keyes, "This perfect day " by Ira Levin, " Ashes, ashes " by Barjavel and " To kill a mocking bird" by Lee Harper

and I'm loving those Stephanie Plum novels by Janet Evanovitch.

Favorite Movies

I love animation movies like Wall-e, Toy story, the Ice Age, Miyazaki and the likes, and I guess comedies and a few ‘indie’ movies ( Half-nelson, juno ) when I can get to the movie theatre. And french comedie ones that non-french probably wouldn't reconize.

Favorite Television

Fav one is definitely Dr Who, Mythbuster, Bones, followed by CSI las Vegas, House, Grey's anatomy, my name is Earl, Scrubs, the I.T crew, NCIS, discovery chanel's things like 'how it's made' 'superstructures'

edit: Dr who, dr. who, and dr.who! My first doctor is David Tennant, I haven't been able to see the older ones, and I'm in love ( I've started watching Casanova on youtube, will have to order Dr.Who and casanova dvd from the UK soon ).

Favorite Crafts

I’m mostly into painting, drawing and sewing and a few attempts at other things (carving). I would like to learn how to crochet when I see all those cute arigumi. And notebooks, I had to come up with a few different ones last year for school and it was fun. I don't make ATC or Scrapbooking.

my favorites / dislikes

favorites

  • Bright primary color, teal, aqua blue, turquoise

    • burgondy/cream combo
  • if print/drawing/stuffie most animals but not too fond off dogs. I like dinosaures, octopusses, weird insects, cute rodent, penguins.

  • I'm not picky about kawaii, just not too fond of 'real animal picture kawaii', I love rilokuma and mamegoma (but they're not the only ones)

    • regarding Zombies, Aliens, Vampires, Monsters and Robots. I like them all, preff are alien and robots and monsters but I rather not get anything to 'gore'. Take it as a chance to make me discover something you love!

    • regarding stuffies: I'm up for anything, animal, food with face, food without face..

Dislikes

trying to list them.. I'm not really picky tho

  • muddy colors,
  • religious items
  • diddl
  • live-like spiders, I'm okay with cute spiders

I'd love to get:

regarding swaps

° I always sent out on time (or would let my partner know otherwise) so if you haven't gotten your swap please let me know.

° I always rate the day I receive (or as soon as I can), if you think I may have forgotten to rate you don't hesitate to ask, I won't consider it rude or anything.

° I rate hearts according to the whow factor, not for extras. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate extras if they're related to the swap and even got great ones, but I don't have use for much, consider keeping the extra shipping money for future swaps instead of sending random items.

° I usually send extra photos ( for photo swap) or even stuffie ( for the teeny tiny stuffie swap) not on the view of getting a heart but thinking my partner might like them too/ it is relevant to the subject/ I couldn't choose which one to send. I don't send other extras (unless I know my partner need/love something) because I mostly don't have anything to send.

Comment: In case this shows up twice, I had to rate without the heart before it would let me give you a heart. Computer glitch I think.... My little worry moster got here today and I love him. Luckily, he had someone keeping an "eye" on him so the mailman couldn't steal him! Thanks so much for a great swap!!!
Response: I'm happy he got there alright! he had me worrie for a minute there, and he wasn't here to help me!

Comment: I love the penguin and the music note stuffies! The top hat particularly reminds me of Dr. Seuss' 'The Cat in the Hat' (he's a favourite author of mine, as a kid), so that's a plus too =) The little guy is currently sitting at my shelf, with his hat, proud that it's making him taller than the owl from the previous tiny stuffie swap. Thanks!

Thank you for sending to my daughter for the "Things I Can't Get In My Country" swap. My kids shared the Kinder Eggs and thought they were wonderful. My daughter is very interested in you being the young, artistic girl in Paris that you are. Perhaps we could set up a private swap for the two of you sometime. :)
