Hi all of you! Thank you for reading my profile. I'm Marijke, a 30 year old single mum of 2 daughters. We live in Belgium near to the beautiful city Antwerp. We love going out to do all kind of fun things: zoo, park, swimming, .... I work as a tutor with young children who are deaf or have a hearing loss. I like a lot of crafts, reading, surfing on the web...but the last few months I love to write... Only letters 'cause I'm not the -write-a-story-type.
My english isn't verry good but as you see... I do my best. Please.... if I offend you in any way... it's not my intention... and I already say sorry in advance. With writing letters I hope I'm improving my English. I speak Dutch so you can write me in Dutch too if you want.
ABOUT SWAPPING
I mark my items sent when I put the envy/PC/... in the mailbox. The mailbox is just across my door but they only pick up the mail once a day and only from monday till friday. So it is possible that the date on the stamp is not the same as when I marked it sent. I only do this when I'm sending before deadline.
I always rate, mostly the day I received your swap. Still...if you think your swap must arrived already, just PM me to ask. I'm only human ;)
The most fun part of swapping for me is reading the profile of my partner and try to find something she/he would like. Even when it's senders choice I try to find something that matches your like-section. I'm sorry if I wasn't able to find it!

Postcards
Since I'm on swapbot... I started to like PC a lots. Can you please send them naked and stamped? I prefer non tourist PC. If you like to send a tourist PC, could you please send a night view? If you are from Spain: any postcard of Barcelona is great: I just love the city. Themes I would like to receive

penpalling
At the moment I focus on swaps for postcards and pen pal-related stuff. I love profile surprises and other bigger swaps, but I need to watch my budget. I love to get cards/letters with chitty-chats. Some decoration on the card/paper and envelope is much appreciated! I used to swap FB when I was much younger and I loved it. I love to make profile based FB's. But I have no idea how I can start to swap them again. Maybe someone is willing to help me out? Do pm me!
