I am a mom, and a full-time college student. I am currently majoring in geography.

I am interested in learning about new cultures and eventually travelling around the world. I love newspaper prints, magazines, or anything printed in another language.

I often post pictures of my swap onto my flickr. to avoid ruining the surprise do NOT visit the swap if I am sending a swap out to you.

I love R&B but love to try different genres. I am not a fan of country music with the exception of some Dixie Chicks songs and Darius Rucker. I am not a big fan of rap. Lately, I have been listening to Adele, K-pop, and soul.

I love romance novels. My favorite authors include Brenda Jackson, Beverly Jenkins, Rochelle Alers, Francis Ray and Gwynne Forster.

I also enjoy shojo mangas.

Craft tutorials.

I absolutely love movies. My ultimate favorites inclue Grease, The First Wives Club, Why Did I Get Married. There are a lot of other movies, I just can't think of them all. I also enjoy Studio Ghibli films.

Mondays I watch House.

Tuesdays I watch NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, V, and The Good Wife.

Wednesdays I watch Modern Family and Cougar Town.

Thursdays I watch The Deep End, Grey's Anatomy, and Private Practice.

All other times, I am watching Days of Our Lives, reruns of House, Law & Order,Cash Cab, What Not To Wear, I Dream of Jeannie, and Bewitched. Via HULU, I watch Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Dollhouse, and old shows that no longer air. I also watch anime and foreign dramas. I am currently watching Dream High and My Princess, Korean dramas.

I love learning different crafts. This past Christmas, I completed my first latch hook project. I am hoping to learn to sew, crochet, and knit. I enjoy drawing. I am also interested in learning new crafts using various media (i.e. watercolors, ATCs, bookbinding, etc.) I am also into origami.

For the summer I will be at Virginia Tech for a summer research internship. I will mail my swaps from here but will use my home address to receive swaps. I will rate the swaps I receive when I go home on the weekends to visit.

I will pretty much fall in love with any swap sent to me but I don't like fruit cooked or as a a dessert (ex. fruit filled chocolate).
