About Me: My name is Susan. I am 39 years old. Married with 3 children (ages 6,11 and14. I have 2 dogs- a Dachshund named Joy and a lab mix named Esme. We had kitties but they ran away.. I am currently working as a para educator at the middle school two of my kids go to and I have returned to school to get my teaching degree, I will graduate in June 2013. I enjoy spending time on the computer reading mostly "mommy" type blogs. Swap-botting, crafting,etc... I am also interested in living on a budget and how to conquer my clutter.

I mostly listen to contemporary Christian music, but I like all different kinds of music and most genres of music. I actually enjoy some of my tween daughters music, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swfit, etc... I like oldies, swing, blues, classical and Old Rock, Aerosmith is still my classic old school favorite.

I like all types of books. I like historical Christian romance quite a bit. I also enjoy Nora Roberts, Luanne Rice, Danielle Steel, etc... I love the all the books in the Twilight series and am about to start reading them again. * My newest favorite authors are Beverly Lewis and Wanda Brunstetter* I love reading the Amish Christian fiction NEW: last year discovered YA fiction and read the Hunger Games series and some other YA fiction that I really enjoyed.

Postcards- Since I join lots of postcard swaps I thought I should update this seciton.I am not picky so there is nothing that I would dislike, I do however enjoy interesting post cards. Anything that would match some of my LIKES or Favorites- Owls, Snow White, Any disney. Postcards from the movies and/or T.V. shows I like. I like my postcards naked (not in an envelope) written on and stamped- unusual stamps would be fun to receive. If you don't know what to write on your postcard I love quotes. You could send me your favorite quote or song lyrics.

Dislikes: mushroom (the food) but I think mushroom stikers are kind of cute.

Other food dislikes are anything sweet mixed with nuts- I like some nuts seperate but never mixed with something like chocolate or ice cream. (occasionally I will eat a snickers bar- but that is it.)

K- is 14 years old- November B-day, she is very interested in receiving pen pal letters- so if you have a daughter her age and she wants to pen-pal/swap please let us know. (oh she just said or son)- she loves to sing and Act. She is really into make-up and would like anything make-up related, including MAC and Sephora products. For eye shadow she likes browns and neutrals. Like lipgloss/lipstick (coral pink) and hair products. She is artistic and would be interested in doing ATC or other artsy swaps and she is into Magna. For sports she is into Volleyball

D- is an 12 year old boy- May Birthday. He is into hanging out with friends, playing video games. He likes Basketballs. He likes sweets and Peace Tea.

A- is 7 (June Birthday)- she loves anything Princess related. She also LOVES Sponge Bob, and Hannah Montana. She would enjoy things to color, books, and stickers. Also would like things to help her work on learning- She LOVES Iipgloss of chapstick kind of things.
