I craft. I loooove craft supplies of any kind. I love to reuse/recycle. I practice a vegetarian diet and use only cruelty-free products. I love owls, cats, goats, and monkeys/apes/prosimians. I drink tea, mainly, but will indulge in some coffee if I don't have to go to bed early. I am over 30 and going to school full-time for a BS in Anthropology. Love all anthro-themed stuff. I try to be active in my community, when I have the time. I love music and have been singing since I was three. I've been reading since about then, too. All time favorite past-time is gardening. I now have a large yard that is getting prepared for a lovely garden. I love gardening-themed stuff. I love crochet and knitting supplies. I also love anything to do with permaculture.
FOR SWAP PARTNERS (just FYI):
*I prefer not to receive overly processed foods with fillers (high fructose corn syrup, msg, etc.) in them. I'm not a big fan of candy (except non-dairy chocolate).
*I drink green tea, mainly.
*I don't use animal tested products.
*I do have pierced ears, but I don't do leather, fur, bone, or other animal based wears/wares.
*I love photography, gardening, crafting, office supplies, ATCs, books, music, jewelry (especially handmade).
*I love anything with primates, owls, or goats on them. Although I love cats, I'm not really into the cutesy cat/kitten stuff.
I live with two giants:
My 6'4" gorilla of a man, Tripp...

and my 25 pound monster of a cat, Two-Tone - who completely owns me...

I also live with the sweetest (but very dumb) little tuxedo of a cat, named Patsy. We got her in Oct. of 09. She's not the smartest cat, but she makes up for it in lovins...

Some older favorites: Elvis Costello, Tom Waits, Cat Stevens, Carole King, Fleetwood Mac, The Clash, The Pogues, Johnny Cash, Billy Joel, Elton John, REM, Sinatra, Devo, The Cure, Paul Simon, Primus, Squeeze, John Lennon solo, The Beatles (of course), Bowie, David Byrne, Talking Heads, Neurosis, Amber Asylum, The Fiendz, much more.

ANYTHING Sedaris. I love Noam Chomsky, Michael Albert, Howard Zinn, Tom Perrotta, old and new sci-fi (mainly old), horror, Clive Barker, political, ecological, biographies, again - Woody Allen, and many more.
This is just a list for reference sake - not a demand list. * Favorite Color: green (but I also love red) * Favorite Number: 3 * Favorite Animals: Owls, Cats, Goats, Primates of all kinds (please no cutesy cat stuff). * Favorite hobbies: photography, singing, gardening, tea drinking, writing. * Favorite subjects: anthropology, geography, botany, sociology. * Favorite flowers: lilies, sunflowers, daffodils. * Favorite tree: oak, holly, maple, and pine. * Favorite genre of books: horror, biography, non-fiction (anthro., history, holocaust stories and history)
It might not be obvious from the long list on my profile, but I'm really not that picky. I am on here to mainly give, anyway. I do like receiving, like most people, but I am very grateful for what I receive. Let's all have fun! That's what we are here for.
