I am a 21 year old Finnish girl. I am an art student; next spring I will graduate from Free Art School in Helsinki! I paint mostly with watercolours and inks but occasionally I try doing something with oil or egg tempera. At home I like to do more collage-y things. I enjoy swapping decorative booklets and before I've also swapped ATC cards internationally. It's a lot of fun so I thought I would look into this swap-bot thing. If you want to do a deco swap with me, send me a message!

• Knitting, making clothes, painting, drawing.. doing anything creative makes me happy.
• Long walks in the nature
• Playing computer adventure games
• Seeing a great movie
• Going to art museums and galleries
• Hanging out with my boyfriend and playing with his dog (a mini dachshund)
• Remembering a vivid dream
• Traveling, especially slow traveling by train! Favorite places I've been to so far are Olomouc in the Czech Republic and the area around Den Bosch in the Netherlands. But I have never been outside of Europe and I want to change that as soon as possible!

• Cooking, baking and eating of course! Some of my newest addictions are Indian, Japanese food (SUSHI) and food blogs.

• Favorite colors: blue, purple, green and different earth colors (ochre, sienna, umber)

• Favorite animals: dogs, goats, butterflies, bunnies, deer, birds, armadillos... uhh, there are so many! Probably every animal species has something special and extremely interesting about it.
• Artists, punk rockers
• Comic books (I especially like the weird Finnish comic artists that are popping up from everywhere.. there are so many)

I like a lot of indie and singer-songwriter stuff. Some electronic, instrumental and progressive rock is also pretty good. One of my favorite bands for years has been Rilo Kiley! I just love them.

Other favorites include Beck, Patrick Wolf, Bonnie 'Prince' Billy, Björk, Bill Callahan/Smog, Kaki King, Nine Inch Nails, David Bowie, PJ Harvey, Elliott Smith, Joy Division, Battles, Animal Collective, Daft Punk etc...

My favorite shows at the moment are Dexter and House. Other good ones include True Blood, Twin Peaks, Six Feet Under, The Office, Firefly, Battlestar Galactica and Monk.

I have to say that I hate most of reality TV but I just HAVE to see every episode of Project Runway. We even have a Finnish version of that now, yay! :D

• Seashells and anything to do with them! They are my favorite thing.
• Organic/fairtrade foods
• Tea! Any kind: black, green, white, rooibos, spices, herbs... nothing too sweet and fruity though! Current favorite is a loose green tea with flower petals.
• Candy and chocolate from your country. My favorite is a dark chocolate spiced with something such as ginger, orange or mint. But anything goes!
• Jewellery (earrings, necklaces)
• Cute fabrics, yarns, ribbons, buttons etc. (especially vintage/retro)
• Art postcards
• Mix CD with your favorite music
• Steampunky stuff
• Knit and crocheted things (it gets mighty cold here during winter, so woolly hats, mittens, scarves and socks are just great!)
• Veggie recipes
• Paper for drawing/painting or paper crafting, especially something with patterns and bright colours or handmade paper. Even tiny pieces are fine!
• Weird and cute mascots/dolls/creatures
• Fashion magazines and cut-outs
• Paint (oil, watercolour, gouache..) and paintbrushes, even if they have been used
• Hair accessories (I have long hair)
• Anything handmade
• A letter from you. But I can't take any new penpals now.

• Strong artificial scents (essential oils are fine), try to keep cigarette smoke out of the mail packages as well please :)
• Coffee (coffee tasting candy etc. is OK)
• Very religious items
