My name is Ginia (pronounced Jenna) you'd have to ask my mother. lol Im a 44 year old crafting fool. I come from a very craft talented family (grandmother, mother, sister) Im the runt of the litter but still love creating. Im from Ohio originally and attended OSU Go Buckeyes. I now live right outside Dallas, Tx. Ive been married 25 years to my best friend and am the mother of one grown son. Grandmother to 2 adorable fur babies. I love all paper crafts (scrapbooking, card making, altered books, matchbooks), Jewelery making, crocheting and sewing. My extremely talented and art educated daughter in law has recently introduced me to ATC's, inchies, polymer clay and many other awesome mediums. I want to try everything! Im so psyched to have found swap bot.............in addition to crafting, I have always loved putting together packages and surprises for others......when my son was in college, Id send him themed packages every month.....half the fun for me is finding creative packaging and wrapping ideas.

I love all music, and love to listen while crafting...........Music can set the tone for me.....it can inspire, motivate, calm, relax...........it truly soothes the savage beast. Ive been enamored by the Beatles again since seeing the Cirque de Soleil Love show in Vegas........if you get a chance.......see it......its amazing. Some random faves are Michael Buble, Korn, Enya, Led Zeppelin, Linkin Park, Nickleback, as you can see, very eclectic.

BOOKS..........I love reading and have always been a voracious reader............as of late I have been enjoying Jodi Picoult. Also love all craft and cookbooks. Actually love to read anything.

MOVIES and TV............I dont really have a favorite movie, usually just try to watch whats current............Netflix rocks :) Fave tv shows include all CBS soaps, NCIS, The Unit, House,anything on HGTV or DIY network

FAVORITE CRAFTS My fave crafts are all paper crafts, as well as all types of Jewlery making, In addition to my own beading and creating, I love going to auctions and bidding on the box lots of vinatge jewelery, Ive gotten some awesome pieces as well as some great pieces to take apart and reuse. I have quite a collection of vintage pieces as well.......if interested in some bits and pieces to use for your crafts, let me know, Id be happy to send you some. I love using these as embelishments......I love quilling, quilting, sewing and wood crafts as well.

THINGS I LOVE I love pretty much all colors, to me they all hold beauty, right now some of my faves are *pink/brown *blue/brown *citrus colored combos *black/white combo *black, pink, teal *any vintagey/kitschy patterns *I love anything handcrafted and love being able to enjoy and appreciate others talents. Other things I enjoy or collect * coffees * teas * chocolate * lip glosses * body lotions (vanilla sugar type fragrances) *candles/tarts * fat quarters (cotton) * fun buttons * fun yarns * papers and embellishments * any and all types of vintage ephemera * anything shoe related...........I love my shoes its an obsession! I have over 100 pairs, and always adding * tea towels (vintage or modern) * vintage kitchen kitsch * seed beads or any used for jewelery making *anything related to Ford Mustangs (we have four between us and our son and dil, 2 vintage 2 new) * US Navy memorabilia (vintage or modern) *cupcake themed items *wine/wine lover theme *OSU Buckeyes * vinatge pin up girls (think vargas)

I love thrift stores, dollar stores, auctions and yard sales I cant pass one by :) I think I need a 12 step program :) I enjoy cooking, baking and making food gifts. So I love unique and new food packaging ideas and items. (cupcake liners, cookie cutters, candy molds, etc) Would love to start collecting aprons, or patterns to make my own. Especially love vintage or vintage looking.,

I was born on July 4th, so I love and collect any and all things patriotic or Red, White and Blue.

I also love my reusable shopping bags, would love any from your area.

Im a stay at home wife, love spending the days crafting, gardening and repurposing and refinishing my treasures :) I belong to several Freecycle groups, if there is one in your area, check it out. I was amazed at what goes through sometimes.

I have no particular dislikes. Not really into too much cutsey or country or kawaii. I do have asthma and allergies to smoke and animal dander.
