I'm a stay at home mom of three little ones.

hobbies are cake decorating, knitting, gardening, sewing, and blogging. My favorite color is green, although I really love all colors! My favorite flower is a Zinnia, I plant them every year. I love baking, and cookbooks about baking, and anything cupcake or cherries!

I love to drink coffee & tea, knit small projects, read blogs & books, and I am hoping to begin my first quilt this summer. With three kids four & under, I keep pretty busy!

Our home is decorated in neutral shades of green & beige, with accents of golden yellow, grey, & deep red. I DON'T like gold, only silver. Kind of a blend of rustic/country & modern.

fave fabrics: florals, vintage looking fabrics, scenes of children playing, birds, retro prints, polka dots, gingham. NOT anything trademarked (coca cola, movie & tv characters) or cats/dogs

Little things I love: stitch markers, sewing notions like buttons, ricrack, bias tape, and ribbons, pincushions, fabric squares, cupcake liners, sprinkles, unique cookie cutters, aprons, flower seeds

Aprons: I love full aprons with pockets, and I am a sz. 8-10, 5'4". I love embroidery so if that's your thing, go for it! Appliques, ruffled edges, gingham, ric-rac are great too. You can't go wrong with green. I'm not a lace kind of girl though :)
