At the moment I have less time doing swaps, so I am only signing up to the ones I am most interested in. I have started a new job and it is a completely new area I have been in before. So there is a lot to learn. I am quite tired at the moment. Have started my long 10 hour shifts now, so I will not be online every day. I will rate you on Thursday (my free day) or weekends.

I am originally from Germany, but I live here in Ireland for more than 14 years. Moved here because of a job that I could not find in Germany. I knew Ireland only from vacations, but of course living here is somewhat different. But I am still here so I must like it. I found my partner here and he is also from Germany and we are together for more than 10 years. So we are quite settled.

My interests are penpalling, postcrossing, travelling, reading, listening to music ...

I used to collect perfume miniatures but stopped due lack of space. I like nice writing paper and stickers too.

My favourite artist is Irish singer Chris de Burgh. I am a fan since 1983. But I listen also to other music mainly 80s and Irish/Scottish music.

I always loved to receive nice postcards from all over the world. I kept the cards I had received, but not really collected them. Then a penfriend of mine mentioned Postcrossing to me. And I joined there and got hooked. I am also very active in the Forum there and hosting my own RoundRobin. I like most postcards, but please send me no ad/free cards and self printed photos as postcards. I am also not into dog or cat cards (even I like these animals) Here are my favourite themes I am collecting:

If possible have a look into my Flickr page when sending these. I have received quite a lot duplicates. Thanks :) If you are going to send me a tourist card please send me singleview card (with one picture). I do not like multiviews with many pictures.

I love to drink tea and coffee and cannot be without these. In regards of tea I love fruity flavours and also herbal teas. If you are going to send me tea I do not like the simple black tea or breakfast teas. I can get these here very easily and are sold most of the time. I often bring teas from Germany or my my mother sends me some to try out any new interesting flavours.

I am always sending out my swaps on time. Please contact me if you do not receive anything and I will be happy to re-send (once).
