3/15/09- After two weeks of rampant sickness in my house (boyfriend, kiddo, myself, and the poor dog has kennel cough), I am running a little behind on both sending and rating. Everything will be cleared up shortly, and I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

I'm a little bit odd, but I enjoy life and all it has to offer. Currently living in Mesa with my hippie of a boyfriend and tomboy of a kiddo. We have one indoor cat and two "outdoor" cats- strays that we feed and shelter. We also have an absolutely sweet cuddle bug of a dog named Coraline, and five fish that are in the process of being named. (And someday soon, we'll have chickens!)

I am a total Oscar Wilde fangirl, and am always listening to music. My i-pod may as well be fused to my ear. I love pomegranates and really want to be a derby girl. Thanks to Charlotte Charles (Pushing Daisies) and Penelope Wilhern (Penelope) I am aiming for one day wearing nothing but flippy skirts and amazing dresses. I am a total fangirl, and I am such a sucker for good poetry/food/music.

I hope to someday change the lives of children who would otherwise not have a home, someone to talk to, or even just a place to express themselves.

Not that this would ever happen, but please please please don't send me anything made of or that has been in contact with copper. I'm mildly allergic and it makes it hard to breathe, which is no fun.

I also don't recommend mailing anything that can melt, at least in the summer, because AZ gets more than a little toasty.

My kiddo really likes trains, dinosaurs, airplanes, toy cars, tea sets, necklaces, little containers, purses, aprons, lollipops, hats, butterflies, tinker bell, handmade dolls, and giraffes.
