I live in the Columbia River Gorge in Washington state. I'm about 50 miles away from Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington.

I am a very big collector of squished pennies. I have way too many pennies but I always like to get more. I also collect floaty pens but usually only if I get them myself.

I do some quilting. I used to do counted cross stitch but haven't done any in a long time. I like origami but I'm not very good at it. I wouldn't mind learning to knit but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

Since I see this on other profiles I guess I should have some likes and dislikes.

My favorite colors are purple and green. I drink tea -- my absolute favorite is Stash Chai Spice Black Tea(I believe I have 6 boxes in my cupboard right now). My favorite animals are manatees, hippos, and elephants but there aren't really any I dislike.

I don't drink coffee or alcohol (because they give me very bad headaches). I'm not allergic to anything that matters here. My least favorite colors are brown and orange (except when they are together) but I'm not really very picky -- I don't hate any color.

I can trade fabric, postcards, used postage stamps, and squished pennies.

I am currently trying to get a squished penny from each of the Cabela's stores. Right now there are 26 stores and each one has its own penny design. The ones that I am trying to find are :

• Rogers, Minnesota
• East Grand Forks, Minnesota
• East Hartford, Connecticut
• Prairie du Chein, Wisconsin
• Richfield, Wisconsin.

If you live near any of these stores and would like to trade the penny (pre-1981 preferred) for another Cabela's squished penny or a fat quarter or two (or anything else that I can get easily) let me know!
