I am a 34 year old mother of 1 son (John is 8). I have been married for 9 years, and live in Rhode Island.

Although I have been in New England for almost a decade, I grew up in Salt Lake City, UT, and miss it very much.

I love turtles. I have a small collection of things with turtles on them. I think they are adorable.

I also collect Hermey stuff. (You know the misfit elf from Rudolf-the-red-nosed-reindeer).

My favorite color is pink. I also like the combination of purple and turquoise.

I love rainbows (not gay pride stuff) just regular rainbow things :)

NOTE: I recycle packaging materials. I do this to have less waste, and to save money.

I mostly listen to country music, but I enjoy most every kind I sample.

I guess if pressed I'd say Kenny Chesney is my favorite singer.

I love love love Jane Austen. I have read her 6 (completed) books probably a million times. It's a sickness really.

I also am a fan of Nora Roberts, Dan Brown, John Grisham and Greg Iles.

I love quilting. I would spend all my time in my sewing room if I could. I love to design quilts on EQ6, and I truly believe that you can NEVER own too much fabric.

I love making scrappy quilts, so even teenie tiny scraps of fabric have a loving home at my house.

I love 30's reproduction print fabrics.

I like different paisley prints.

I also like Michael Miller fabrics.

Always looking for any fabric, buttons or ribbon with cute turtles on it.
