Comment: What a great ATC! And thanks soooo much for the extras, including the protector sleeves! Hugs!
Response: I'm glad you liked it! I liked including a number that didn't really relate in any way to the rest of the ATC, so I may do that some more. Look for packs of the sleeves on Amazon - they're under $20 for a pack of 100.
Comment: I really liked the all the layers on the ATC - it turned out really well! I am glad you put all the things you used on the back so now I can go try it :) I just bought some varnish the other day so can't wait to go and play. Loved the lace too! Thanks so much.
Response: I'm glad you like it. I was really happy with that card. I'm taking more chances trying new techniques and it's (mostly lol) working out well. Have fun.
Comment: Hi Leslie,
I really love my envies, and as you my favourite is the one with the buttons ^-^
A big thanks for my profile surprise: love my tags, my papers and the charms are so delicate and tiny, cute, cute, cute !
Thanks again for this swap
Comment: Just amazing! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this ATC and may choose to make it my facebook profile picture! Thank you as well for all the foreign text extras and the super cool envie! I've already taken it apart for a template to make more! Thank you Leslie!
Response: I love that one too! I knew I wanted to do something sarcastic and when I saw her holding that stupid potato thing, I said Bingo! Glad you like the foreign text - I love it for ATC backgrounds.
Comment: This is my probably my favorite atc I've received and all those extras you put along with it just made my day. I can't wait to use those book pages and all that ribbon..and I keep staring at that beautiful atc!! Thank you so much :D
Response: Your favorite? Wow - thanks! Did you get the princess or the queen? I love those book pages for ATC backgrounds and collage bits. The foreign language adds a neat twist.
Comment: Hi Leslie,
Thank you for the beautiful vintage-inspired 'Boats for Sale' arch ATC, really quite a delight to receive! You have put so much work into it, and I am so appreciative of the detailed description of what you did to make it. The extras you included (vintage and foreign written materials) are very, very special too! Thank you Leslie!
Dixie PS on reading your profile, I also love sorting out my craft room!
Response: You're welcome - I'm really glad you like it. That's the first arch ATC I've done. Kind of odd not to have the entire card there. I enjoy working with male images since so much of the vintage stuff is female. I'm working at getting lots of layers on my cards.
Comment: Thank you so much Leslie! I laughed several times while reading your letter and the ATC was wonderful...have to say though...just from your short letter...I have a feeling you have many wonderful things to say...and thank you for giving me a minute to re-read that :)
Response: That letter... I recently watched the movie About Schmidt with Jack Nicholson. In it he writes a series of letters to an African kid who can't read, and he writes as tho to an old (adult) friend, bitching about stuff. Cracked me up and that was in my head when I wrote your letter. Anyway, glad you liked it and the ATC. Happy arting...
Comment: Thank you so much for my wonderful journal. I was looking at this very journal earlier today and had no idea I would receive it in the mail. What a wonderful surprise! I love the journal prompts too. They are great! Many, many more hearts are deserved.
Response: Well, I'm really glad you like it cause I loved it. I worked on it steadily as soon as I joined the swap and the various pages just sort of happened each time I sat down with it. Never had to struggle to think what to do next. Makes me feel good to know it went off to someone who'll enjoy it. Be sure to email me now and then with pages as you do them. Or will you post on a blog?
Comment: Lovely, lovely ATC, Leslie! and wow thank you so much for the extras. I think Im keeping the little page for myself :)
Response: You know how sometimes something just comes together sort of all by itself, you're just the facilitator? That ATC was like that. I loved it and almost sat down to you make you a diff one LOL! And I love old book pages for ATC backgrounds, but that's my oldest one, I think.
