Response: I'm glad it got to you so quickly! The Etsy seller said the amount was closer to three skeins rather than one. (Er... not that I know how much one skein looks like.) It's always fun to look over your craft stash and plan what you'll make with it. :)

Comment: I love the sheet music envelopes and stationary. Very elegant. The British map envelope is wonderful and yes, I love that quote by St. Augustine, I have traveled around the US extensively, I would love to travel overseas some day.

Response: I'm glad you liked them! That's always been one of my favorite travel quotes. There are just so many neat places to visit in the U.S. alone, and I have a long list of places overseas I'd love to see someday. I'm relieved it got to you all right. The mail's been slow lately because of the bad weather.

Response: It wasn't until after I'd mailed out the letter that I realized I forgot to talk about what the envelope was made of. :-} Yes, it was a page from an old Dr. Seuss alphabet book I found at a Salvation army store. The cover was trashed, but the illustrations were so bright and colorful that it was definitely worth salvaging. I'm glad you liked it! :)

Response: So glad you liked it! I completely forgot to explain about what the handmade envelope was made of in my letter, whoops. :) It was made from an old book of sheet music I found at a used book sale! A Mozart concerto, I think. Sheet music makes fantastic envelopes.

The gumdrop cookie recipe was such a great idea, will definitely try it. I absolutely love the little umbrella book with quotes. It is hanging on my inspiration corkboard already. You did a great job on it! The notecards are cute, and one can never have too much chocolate. My husband stole my old umbrella, how did you know I needed a new one? hehe, thanks again, great job!
