I am a 40 something year old female living in Media, PA - outside of Philadelphia - I just moved here! My favorite colors are Purple and Green.

I drink a ton of Tea - it is my favorite drink (I pretty much love everything except Chai and green tea)! I like loose tea and teabags.

I am married, but have no children. Unless you count my 2 beagles Clyde and Jake. I belong to a beagle rescue group.

My favorite hobbies are quilting and knitting. I also love to read. I do collect book marks of any kind, yarn,fabric and Broadway musicals (movies and CD's).

I love candles - I burn them all the time at home!

I am diabetic, so NO CANDY PLEASE - unless it is sugar free!

I also like santa claus, loose tea, hand cream, yarn, fabric, sewing related items, notecards, music, and hand-made stuff (because I appreciate how much work it takes to make things!).

As for books I like chick lit, mysteries, Historical - both fiction and non fiction, biographies and current Literature.

I really like to listen to a lot of different groups, such as Il divo, Indigo Girls, Vivaldi, Carrie Underwood, Broadway musical cd's, Elton John. I used to play the Piano and the French horn. I also like to sing.

I really love musicals, like the sound of music, fiddler on the roof, meet me in St. Louis and Rent. I collect them. I also really like comedies like Tommy boy, Hitch, the wedding crashers. I also like a good tear jerker like Steel Magnolia and Terms of endearment or a lifetime movie.

Mike and Molly, Raising Hope, Hawaii 5-0, General Hospital (I tape it every day), law and order (all of them), House, Project Runway, and Criminal Minds.

I am a quilter and I love hand applique. I just finished my third Baltimore Album quilt (I am hand quilting it now). I have a Baby lock sewing machine and have started doing more machine work.

I love to knit too. I really love making socks and stuff with sock yarn like shawls. My sister and I have started our first sweater. I also love to get different knitting stitch patterns as I am working on a block style afghan in purple, green, and soft yellow colors.
