I will be pretty much AWOL until mid September. I'll nip on and chat as and when I can but no swaps for a while and very little chatting.

I love nature and animals, My favourite animals are wolves, dogs (I have a Saluki Lurcher called Flash) and rats (I have 2 white rats, 1 brown hooded female, 2 brown hooded boys and 2 husky rats) but I love wildlife and domestic animals in all forms.

I do have a fondness for ladybugs (my daughter is known as my lil luvbug or lil ladybug)

I love dark colours especially purple and dark green. I'm not fond of citrus or pastel colours but I love warm oranges, browns and yellows (just think autumn leaves). That leads on nicely to my favourite season which is Autumn. I love the colours on the trees and the bite of the first frost. I also love winter (I'm worse than my daughter for wishing it would snow lol)

I collect dragons, thimbles, and quirky things. I also love anything halloween and snowmen (only liked snowmen since I had madam) I'm sure there will be more additions to my profile as I think but if you are in an exchange with me don't be afraid to ask or just go with what feels right. I love anything someone has taken the time to write, make or buy for me.

I have 7 rats. 2 PEWS ( Alice and Angelina) a brown hooded (Dora) and 2 husky rats (Tinker and Tilly) My latest additions are Tom and Mark both brown hooded ratties and my first boys :D

We have just welcomed Flash into our family (2nd June 2009) The poor boy was left at a rescue and adopted by a lovely couple, unfortunately they had to re home him due to a change in circumstances. It was a stroke of luck for us though as he is fabulous (look @jayven13 and you'll see Flash)

Illness

Yes I have severe anxiety disorder and depression, I also have ME that does not mean I will be late or flake it just means there are times I'm less chatty. If I feel that it is getting too much for me I will drop any swaps (and then sign back up if I feel able nearer the time lol)

My crafts help me so much with these so I am glad to be part of so many excellent groups and to swap with some of the wonderful people I have met here.

I always rate

I always send what I consider to be good swaps and 99% of the time I send on time or early. If i am going to be late I will always let you know or get someone else to let you know. It's only manners. I will only rate a 1 if I have contacted you several times with no response and have not received. I hate rating negatively. I will rarely rate a 3 unless it is very late with no communication (like I said it's good manners).

Handmade swaps are almost always guaranteed a heart. I know how much thought can go into a single ATC and I love handmade so much.

Cross stitch, scrapbook, card making, ATC's. I love using stitching in most crafts and unusual fibres. I've also just started trying out friendly plastic. I love unusual rubber stamps too. I am developing a minor addiction to beads and I'm just starting my first glue book.

I lean towards fantasy and horror but I also love poetry and crime/ thrillers. Not big on Chick lit or sci fi

I have 4 rats, My rats adore yoggy drops but turn their noses up at chocolate drops and chocolate coated fruit (unfortunately as it's animal choccy I can't snaffle them). The boys seem to prefer healthy snacks (fruit and vegetables)

I also have my boy Flash. An adorable Saluki lurcher crossbreed who drives me insane at times but he's great with Erin and a big softy.

Unfortunately Aurora passed over to Rainbow Bridge 12/9/07 R.I.P Aurora gone but never forgotten. Amour joined her sister 27/5/08 Alice and Dora joined my girls and Angel followed soon after as she missed her sister

My baby is 8 and loves all things Japanese. She is starting to watch more anime and loves Japanese comics (even though she doesn't understand Japanese yet!)

She collects anything pink, sparkly, cute, fluffy but also loves Transformers, Bakugan and Yu-Gi-Oh.

Her favourite programmes are Spongebob, Ed, Edd and Eddie, Billy and Mandy, Mew Mew Power, Pokemon and Ruby Gloom

She is reading Harry Potter at the moment but can often be found reading factual books or her 'Ology' books

Erin loves crafting and drawing but hates to follow a set theme (she will but never does as well as when she just draws for her lol)

Erin is fascinated by wildlife and will spend hours looking out in case a bird visits our yard

I have a love for kawaii things, Diddl, Disney, Sanrio the lot. I'm not picky. The only thing I'm not too keen on is cutesy transport. I love Hello Kitty in all her forms (they have Lolita HK!) and My Melody. If it is a panda of any description my daughter will love you forever.
