Comment: Thank you so much for the fantastic swap package, Joelle! Please accept my apologies for the very late rating! I love everything that you sent, especially the washi tape and the moose postcard, thank you so much! You're an awesome swapper! Happy swapping :) P.S. My sister loved the Star Trek stamp you used on the envelope, she's a big Trekkie ;)
Comment: Tks Joelle for the lobster PC, you are not late, still one more to receive then I can archive this swap lol! Anyhow, your send date was Sep 27 where the date set was latest by Sep 21, pls avoid this mistake in your next swap dear!
Comment: Thanks for the great Lobster postcard! Did you know. that in Massachusetts, there was a law, that prisoners could only be fed lobster 2-3 times per week? At that time, it was considered trash food! Hugs from Alaska, Sherry
Comment: Thank you for the lovely Beauty and the Beast postcard! Fall is also one of my favorite seasons (okay, I love them all but Fall and Winter are my most favorite) and I'm looking forward to it, too! In fact, it's already chilly here and the leaves are starting to turn.
Comment: Ahhhh, I wish I could give you tons more hearts -- I love both the card (the stained glass storytelling was/is one of my favorite aspects of Beauty and the Beast) and the Spock postage!! I contemplated buying some at the World Stamp Show earlier this summer, but I didn't because the USPS is releasing its own, more graphic-related (not the actors' likenesses) TOS postage this fall. Glad you also revel in stationery and philately in your free time, too, Joelle! Glad our paths crossed again <3
Comment: Belated, belated thank you for the kind Independence Day greetings and the beautiful New Brunswick card and cool postage, Joelle! I also appreciate the cool facts :) I have only been to Toronto and Vancouver and would love to explore more of your beautiful country! Hope you are well.
Comment: Joelle, thank you for the wonderful postcard of New Brunswick. I was looking at he postcard, what is the Bouctouche? It looks very interesting. Shirley
Response: I'm glad you liked it :) I have a hard time finding non-touristy postcard in my city !! Bouctouche is a small village quite famous here because it's the hometown of a fictional character in Acadian litteracy, La Sagouine : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Sagouine
Comment: Thanks for the profile comment! And that is really funny that we keep getting matched. XD Don't worry about your mail, if it's a bit late I won't rate you down. Nothing you can do about a postal strike or the tension there. :( I do really hope that gets resolved soon. In the meantime, I will look forward to that joke!
Response: Thanks ! We woke to no strike this morning, so there's hope. Ironic that the joke on the post card is about postal service ;) Cheers !
