my name is tara but i like to make up nicknames for myself which include: tarawr, pterodactyl (or taradactyl), and arat.

i was born and raised in las vegas, nevada and wish to prove the saying "what happens in vegas stays in vegas" wrong by moving to a different state as soon as i can reasonably do it. i wish to end up in portland, oregon but i would be satisfied in colorado. :)

my favorite color is purple.

i love office supplies. ever since elementary school i have been going to office max and buying post-its, markers, pens, notebooks, and things like they are going out of business.

i love colored papers. making up words. the few antique stores in my city. paint color samples. watercolors. making paper. stencils. brown paper bags. journals. holga &polaroid pictures. bulletin boards. ancient japanese art!. pterodactyls! pandas. giraffes. colors.

i take pictures. i love developing and printing photos in a darkroom and love the smell of the chemicals. i've recently bought a nice digital camera and have abandoned my film camera due to it's inability to operate.

i also make duct-tape wallets and scarfs. if you are interested, i am willing to trade or just send you a wallet or scarf or both!

and i always send my swaps so please let me know if you have not received anything from me!
