Comment: Hello! Thank you for the postcard. Oddly, I do not ski. I have downhill skiied in middle school and did some cross country skiing in highschool at a camp, but otherwise, haven't done either since. We have a couple of ski hills where I live, but never took an interest in it. I am also afraid of heights.
Comment: Wow, I got your PC fast enough. As see you sent it the 12th. I wish PA. was that fast getting mail out to my partners. But unfortunately they aren't, sadly! Anyway, TYSVM for having joined my swap for this! I didn't really think anyone would join to be honest. Anyway, I just love the bouquet of Tulips! They are one my favorite flowers. TYVM also, for sharing your message about friends. My only friends believe it or not, are the ones here on swap-bot. My real friends outside of swap-bot don't have time for me and some don't want still trust to visit due to the Covid still. Ah, Such as life and I move on., ha! Anyhow, Happy early Galentine's Day!
Response: To you as well! I hope you make some new friends that will appreciate you and all the
Awesomeness you promote ! 🌷
Comment: Mary carol henderson thanks for the postcard. It got wet and surprised it made it cause it’s smeared. Lol but I love your deco and love your gifts. Christmas came and went too fast this year. Have a good week
I am sorry! We have had torrential storms in CA as I am sure you have heard in the news. Hope I get to send you a dry post card sooner than later. Happy new year
Comment: Hi Mary! Well parts of your postcard made it. It looks unique and I get what it was. Too bad that this happens sometimes. Never mind, thank you and I would never rate down for a po accident. My son and his family live just above Auburn! We all love the Sierra Nevadas too. Happy swapping! ❤️
Response: Omg. So sorry ! I don’t recall what I exactly sent but am sorry it didn’t arrive fully intact. Maybe rain related 😂
Happy new year
Comment: hi! i just receive your pc. thanks a lot! i really love the PC so in the theme of the swap. and i really like the description of your city. hope jeremy renner gets better... i love he and his movies.
Comment: Thank you for the lovely postcard! I actually worked for Carnival when I was younger, and my ship was based out of Ft. Lauderdale, so I've been to most of the major cities in Florida. I ended up living in Georgia for over a decade, so I can't even complain about the humidity!;) I hope your holiday season was a wonderful one!
Comment: Now that's what I call a sticker bomb! :) I like how you covered every last bit, and with such a fun variety of images. Some of my favorites are the owls, squirrel, poppy stamp, phone, and cassette tape. Thanks for brightening up my day.
Response: So glad you could make out some of
The cutest ones!!! And orange is cheery
Comment: Thank you for the Zion Natinal Park postcard . It sure beat the Z card I sent out. I had absolutely no z postcards, but I had a plain postcard and a giant blue Z sticker! Not sure how well it'll go over, but I tried! Happy Holidays!
Response: Hey. I would t rate ya poorly. Someone sent me a zebra. So pretty. I skipped x. As I had nothing and wasn’t buying anything 😂😂
Comment: I love the Yosemite pc!!! Thank you! It is a Lantern Press too! I have been to Yosemite many times too... What a joy. I eat a similar fast... plain greek yogurt, berries and I use peanut powder instead of granola. Happy Swaps and Happy Holidays.
Comment: Thank you for the cute card! I used to love shopping, but lately, not so much. I either shop online or I'm shopping for groceries. I do sometimes like to go shopping for vintage finds or for books, but not much else.
Comment: Thank you so much for the postcard. I have been to San Francisco once, but I have never been anywhere else in the Central Valley. I love the stamps you used. They are ones I have never seen before.
Comment: Thank you for the decorated postcard and for joining … I’ve always thought that the sender and PO weren’t to blame, he had the address right but the recipient wasn’t in the right frame of mind to get his mail cuz they “had a quarrel.” I think maybe the recipient was the one writing on it to return to sender!
Comment: Hello, Mary Carol! Wow ... this card must have traveled the world by now! USPS has not been kind to me here in Delaware ...probably going to move just to get better USPS lol. I love the washi tape and stamp...super chic. Thank you.
Comment: Oh. My. Goodness!!! The postage stamps you used!! Do you collect the literary stamps? I'd never seen (or don't remember seeing) the "Little House on the Prairie" and the F. Scott stamps. Thanks much for your note. My reading this year has been great. Lots of thrillers and series books.
Response: My parents collected stamps for me when younger and I feel they need to be used. Brining me more joy then sitting in an album I never looked at Thanks
Comment: I really liked that postcard. That was one I had never seen before. I have been through your area a couple times on family roadtrips. It was so neat to see the agricultural areas there. Thanks for sharing about where you live.
Comment: Hi Mary Carol! I love your Coca-Cola pc! I don't remember seeing anything like this when we were in Vegas and now I want to go back and look! LOL! It has been several years, but still... LOL! September is being great for me, as I retire on September 29th - yippppeee! I have worked since I was 14 so retiring at 62 since like a long time coming! All the best! Hugs and Happy Swapping! ;)
Response: Happy retirement. The coke store may be new since you visited. They had a handful of cute cards. And lots of coke products
Comment: Thank you for the super cool postcard! I would say one of my favorite states is Wisconsin because I grew up there. But I love Oklahoma and the expanse of land you see while driving. I'd love to explore Utah and South Dakota.
Comment: Thank you very much, for the cute radio PC with your list of sounds. I have 2 barking dogs. Every single day without fail too, ha! It's always the neighbors dog up our dirt road. Which is about an 1/3 mile away.
Comment: Wowwwww.... the way you decorated the envelope (which is gorgeous on its own) and the stamps you chose: ab-so-lute-ly beautiful!! Great selection of cards too. Thanks so much for an amazing swap!
Comment: How about them apples?! I really like this giant fruit tree nursery PC. Your favorite snack would fit well in my rotation. I have apple sauce almost every day to take meds with food when I'm not hungry. No chewing! 🍎
Comment: Hi Mary Carol!
Thank you for the beautiful postcard I love flamingos! No I didn’t go on a safari. We were scheduled one but it got cancelled because two of the local tribes were fighting over some land and it was not safe to go. Thank you for the beautiful stamps I love them! Take care!

Comment: Thank you for the Minnie postcard. It is adorable! I used to go to d-land a lot when I was little, almost every month. I had a pass and a family member that worked there. My favorite movie is Ratatouille. The next movie I want to see is Soul! Next time I go to tomorrowland, I will check out those edible plants. I didn't know that!
Comment: When I think of Wisconsin, I think CHEESE. My best friend is from there and she always sends the best treats when I need a WI fix. I hope to visit her again soon. Loved that you used cool postage stamps. xxMuggleMom
Comment: Super cute postcard! I love it! Also your words are just lovely <3 I need to make a TJ's trip in a few days and you've inspired me to check out their flower selection! As an aside, I went with my boyfriend to his hometown in Long Island and one night his friend and us went to one of their favorite bars called Mary Caroll's. How funny! Anyways, thanks so much for sending! <3 (EDIT: oh gosh, and I just noticed the flower stamps! brilliant! Thank you again!!)
Comment: Very cute beachy art postcard! I’m actually not a heat/beach person, but I do enjoy the views. I lived in FL as a child so I’ve been to a few beaches. 😊 Loved the added stickers as well! Happy Swapping. 💜
Comment: Hi Mary, Loved the pc, and book washi tape on it and the Little Women postage stamp Little Women was the first book my mom read to me and my 3 sisters. So much truth in this story about 4 sisters LOL I also chose Books as a b work also the beach but I can not remember what I put for the 3rd thanks for a great swap :)
Comment: I love how absolutely packed with beautiful flowers your PC is ♥ I hope your peonies are doing well! I'm always tempted to bring flowers home, too, when I go to Trader Joe's. Personally, I'm a morning glory kind of a girl, but I'm also starting to fall in love with sunflowers. In fact, I might go pick some up soon, since they're pet friendly and I've been meaning to send our vet a gift! 🌻
Comment: nice poem and postcard pairing. i love the illustration of the flowers. as for the poem, I thought the formatting reminded me of ee cummings work, as he has quite. a few poems that played with format to send a message. And theme of simple joys in an almost domestic setting, like slowing down on the weekends and enjoying family, like a reset to your week, reminds me of a bit of poems that urged people to reconnect with nature that came out of the existentialist movements. Thank you for sharing!
