I love homes that have true character, that hold a little mystery. I could definitely do some decorating damage to this house. Painted Ladies, don't even get me started. It would be like living in an actual doll house. I totally could live in one of them. Gorgeous stained glass, turrets, pocket doors, cellars and attics for plenty of storage and areas you can turn into work and craft rooms. Would die to own one of them! Not sure I could convince my honey bunny, plus he is way too tall to fit through the door ways.

I love Architecture. Practically obsessed with it. The most aesthetically pleasing to me is the Beaux Arts, Painted Ladies & those with blank faces and Mansard Roofs (Built By John Woolf). I am enamored by the ones built by Frank Lloyd Wright, although most I would never live in them. Except, maybe the Charles Ennis & Dorothy Turkel homes & the one his grandson built: The Sowden House which the alleged Black Dahlia Murder occurred. The homes are true treasures and were built during the turn of the century & inspired by Mayan Temple Style Bricks. I have been to all three of the FLW homes and even shot in the Sowden home for one of my photoshoots. John Woolf’s designs (blank faces & mansards roofs) with clean lines, almost looks if they are hiding a secret were mostly all built in Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Palm Springs, I love these homes because it totally matches my decor style inside my home of Hollywood Regency. The tall high entry way doors with knobs in the middle is was totally does it for me. He built many homes for the stars during Hollywood's Golden Age.

I am so addicted to the past times and iconic treasures of the bygone era. There is something truly magical about a carousel and it is one of my favorite rides at Disneyland & World. The horses are complete works of art with such detail carved into each one. I would also love to own one of my very own carousel horses so I could completely cover her in Swarovski Crystals. Dreams are wonderful aren't they? I have actually rode the carousel below three times when I was in Paris. once in the hot air balloon in the rain, 2nd time in the Venetian Canopy Seat and the third time on a gorgeous horse with flowers all over the mane and tail. I will never forget it and hope to take my kids one day.

Hollywoods Golden Age, Culture, Society, Architecture & Haunts have always mystified me. I guess growing up there and really enjoying the scene never really let me go. I love the glamour of it all, everything has a story. So many things to see and do. So much history that I can’t help but immerse myself in books, stories and visit home as much as I can.

My obsession with the Edwardian Period, Gilded Age and all the way to the 1950's started when I felI in love with reading. This time period holds so much magic and mystery. I love how everything connects once you start to your research. I do believe in my former life I was an American Heiress. Lover of all things sparkly and diamonds are definitely my best friend. I believe in style, decorum and the family legacy goes along way. My dream would be to live in a grand estate with a full staff, but for now I will be grateful with living on the 11th hole of the golf course. Meeting up with friends for lunch, letter boxing, chasing my kids around, finding time to sit down & breathe are the activities that consume my current days.

So I guess I am what others call “Certifiably Insane” when it comes to what I collect. I didn’t set out to be like this, it just happened. No for real there are 4 things I am absolutely obsessed with, well besides shoes & diamonds. Anything Cute & Kitschy made by the companies: Lefton & Napco. Lil Miss Priss is one of my all time favorites.love her so much that every time I see her at vintage/antique shops, I buy her right away. I look at her and I get that warm and fuzzy feeling like she is smiling right at me. They are hard to find and when you do they are quite a bit of money. I did happened to snag the cookie jar for $15 and have seen it on eBay selling at almost $400. Crazy I know. So when I am out and about or see a good deal I grab her. I love Fenton Glass: All the Pastel Milk Glass Hobnail Line, Silver Turquoise & Rose. My true obsession is Mulberry Overlay circa 1941, if you have seen one in person you will understand why. love 1940's Chalkware wall pockets of Mermaids, Sea Horses and Fish. I am currently redo-ing my pool house bathroom with an Enchantment Under the Sea Theme. It's so cute and my kids just love it. I also love vintage & Victorian postcards and cards. Basically anything your 85 gramma has that’s what I am after.

TV

So my New Year's resolution was to stop watching reality TV shows. So if it's not an amazing series with a great story or how to show then I am just not interested anymore. If I happen to be watching I am definitely only tuned into:

• Curb Your Enthusiasm (OMG I Die)

• Real Time with Bill Maher

• Hallmarks Countdown To Christmas (Obsesssd)

I love watching old black and white 50's game shows like What's My Line, Password, and Beat the Clock and Same Name. They just remind me of some very glamorous time.

MUSIC

I love Sinatra and Big Band 40's era music, especially while I work. I also like late 90's hip/hop. And I am fan of Classic Rock and Roll and Alternative while singing at the top of my lungs in the car. And House Music (Swedish House Mafia is my favorite & Calvin Harris), when I really want to let loose!

MOVIES

I love movies, I am in the cinema at least once a week. My favorite films are those from the Golden Age of Hollywood and Modern Dramas. I see everything in between but those time periods for movies are my favorite. I am obsessed with Hitchcock, love his style of psychological suspense: the music, locations and style of directing. Rear Window, The Birds, Psycho and To Catch A Thief are probably my top 3 all around but I love North By Northwest too. I collect anything Hitchcock and consider him one of the spookiest (bc I don't like gore). He sets my scary/spooky barometer.

My home away from home, it is where I am the happiest. Disney means more to me than life itself.

So, I have been in love with Disney practically my whole life, but after my mom passed away I damn near became obsessed with the subject and all things Ears related. She used to work for Disney when she was younger, And was even a model for all the Disney Training Videos. She really enjoyed her time at Disney and I believe this is where she learned all about being a kind but fair business woman. She always talked highly of the behind the scenes magic and how she could always incorporate her training from Disney in everyday situations She was amazing and I loved hearing about her Disney stories.

My favorite Character of all time is Minnie Mouse. I believe my husband is my Mickey and I am his Minnie. I read anything and everything about Disney. I am now more interested in the building of the park, the imagineers, how the rides and movies were made.
