Comment: How do you decide when to add a new book?
Response: Well for this year I am only adding books that fit into the reading challenge I am participating in. I have a list of maybe reads that I'm going to go through at the end of this year and that will become my TBR for next year. I wanted to clean up my current TBR so I could start fresh next year. So any new ones that interest me but don't fit my current challenge are going on a maybe list that I will sort out later.

Comment: Thanks for the Arizona card! The lake view was a pleasant surprise since I was expecting a desert view because that's mostly what I send out. A friend who regularly visits me from Idaho always says it's like time travel to come here in winter and arrive in spring/summer because the weather is so different. I've never been to North Dakota but I've lived in Wyoming and Idaho and I imagine it's cold up north. Best wishes!
Response: Yes it is like time travel! I was there in January and it was only like 60 and rainy so my parents were apologizing. I thought it was great because just a couple days before I went down there, it was -35 here with a windchill of -57. 60 above felt great! Thanks for the heart 🥰

They're not great books, but sometimes they're funny. :) I seem to be the one person on earth who doesn't love Colleen Hoover. Were you a regular Friends watcher? I keep seeing the book by Matthew Perry on lists and adverts. :) Thanks for sharing!
Response: Yes that was my first Stephanie Plum book. Honestly I wasn’t a big fan - it’s just not my style. I’m mostly a thriller reader. I actually wasn’t a Friends watcher but was curious about his story - all I can say is “Wow” I had no idea how badly he had addiction issues.

However, there was a local library near the salon my mom went to every Saturday. I remember walking to it while my mom got her hair done and getting books!

Comment: Hey thanks for exploring my city! You chose some nice thing, we often go to this graffiti lane way there are a couple of nice bars there. The bungee thing I can live without! The Kletterpark is fun, I've done it once with some friends and had to get rescued at the last part as my muscles couldn't take it anymore. I did two routes one after each other. The Schnitzelei restaurant looks great, we haven't been there but my partner said he knows about it. It's on the list! And the hotel Precise Tale is also beautiful, I love this style of old-classic meets style. Wonderful choices!
Response: That's cool that you've been to some of the places I picked! There looks like so much to do in Berlin that it was hard to just pick a couple! I honestly had no idea there was that much entertainment/art options in Berlin. Honestly, I think I'd chicken out on the bungee thing too :)

Thanks so much for the postcard of Mercury and for sharing with me your "outdoor or Indoor" playing. like you, i played a lot outside. We lived in the country and so we Siblings and I had to inventive in playing. I still live in the country and wouldn't have it any other way. you mentioned a game you played outside "Anti - I - Over. I've never heard of that game before. My siblings and I played a game "Red Rover". That was a lot of fun.

Response: Thank you for the rating. Glad the tea will come in handy. I’m not a big tea drinker but I do like that one. I am not military but I was born here and have lived here my whole life. Every winter I ask myself why? Lol! Definitely want to live somewhere warmer come retirement age! The AFB is still a big part of our community . Hope to see you around in the swaps!
