Comment: Thanks for the funny elephant postcard. The resent reached my house today and I have to say I absolutely love it. Thanks.
Response: Wow, I sent this postcard on May 2. It's too bad I didn't know I needed another elephant postcard earlier this summer. I visited several zoos in different cities. I'll see what I can find and get it out to you.
Comment: I got two "weird" postcards from you - weird! :) I especially love the photo with the long, long pipes. Anyway, Thanks for the two PCs - there was a note that says "misdelivered" but they got to me ultimately!
Comment: Thank you so much for your wonderful PC's and thank you for the extras - such a great surprise :)
I really like all the cards that you chose but especially the new orleans and hollywood review. Thank you for making me and my mailbox happy.
Comment: Hello KJ, Thank you so very much for the great postcards and also the Christmas notecards..That was a very mice surprise..I will definitely use them. I loved the Critter Camp card animal cards are always a plus with me.
Response: I am glad you liked them. Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Hello KJ- Thanks so much for the TWO wonderful postcards. I thought the German wireless guy was strange, and I just LOVED the other card. It took me a few times to get the image, but once I did, it was so cool!! It's a 3D thing, and you can't study it too hard or you totally miss it. Best wishes to you, Debbie Christian
Response: I'm glad you liked the postcards. I tried to "see" the hidden image but I never did. Thnks for the heart.
Comment: K.J. what a beatutiful postcard...good to hear that the snow is melting. When I lived up north I always enjoyed seeing all the beautiful spring flowers pop up. Thanks for the great postcard! Lynnie
Response: It will be in the mid 50's here this weekend. I can finally say it feels like spring! Thanks for the heart!
Comment: I'm sorry for such late ratings - I'm trying to play catch-ups on some 'delinquent' swaps of mine - but thank you for your PCs. Yes, plural! Did you mean to send me 2? Did someone else complain they didn't get theirs? Or is that one of your random kindnesses? :)
Response: Sometimes I send more than one because I can't make up my mind on which one to send. Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Very, very, very cool!! I was really trying to find some relevant movies to say that I hope you can find everything you want and need but I am not feeling that imaginative tonite. I can totally identify with everything you said (minus the chocolate) Take good care of yourself.
Response: I couldn't imagine my life without chocolate! Thanks for "listening" and for the heart.
Comment: I am in LOVE with these images!! I know my mail carrier so it would've been cool to get a reaction from her-lol..she's cool :) The double sided image(on 1 side) was done by an artist I love! Thanks SOO much :)
Response: I thought it would be fun to create a "front side" and "backside" postcard for this swap. I wish I could've sent them naked. Thanks for the rating and the heart.
Comment: The journal was kind of damaged when it arrived (some of the binding had come undone) however, it obviously happened in the mail, so not your fault! Despite that, I really appreciated your work/effort, and loved the comments you included. I may have to visit Wisconsin one of these days. :-) Thanks so much for sharing!
Response: I am sorry about the damage. I had fun collecting brochures and visiting places. Thanks for the heart!
Comment: oh so drool-worthy!
thanks a bunch for the fat tuesday
& hawaiian chocolate sweet treats!!!
if you're near milwaukee,
i saw that you have a mccormick
& schmick's there ...i don't think you're
too much at a disadvantage there (aside
from slogging thru the snow) for fresh-
flown seafood, either ;)
Response: Glad that you like the postcards. I pretty much hibernate during the winter. Snow, sleet and ice makes driving interesting.
Comment: Thanks for the two different types of postcards. They were beautiful and AWESOME. You went over and beyond the call of duty for the postcard project, thanks alot. I appreciate it a bunch. Thanks....Robin
Response: I am glad that you liked them. I always send out my swaps with the thought of what I would like to receive. Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Thank you so much for the 5 very different - all very interesting - PCs you sent me. I love them all! OK, well, I'm not the biggest Yoshitomo Nara fan there ever was but the great thing is - the recipient I eventually send it to is bound to be ('cos evidently I'm in the minority on this score) so that's still excellent!! ;) 100 stars for you.
Response: I'm glad you like them. Thanks for the heart!
Comment: Thank you very much for your postcards but I must admit I was a bit confused to get *3* from you, all arriving at once! You might wanna check that you sent PCs to your other two partners, or if you accidentally sent them all to me, forgetting to change the address each time you printed one out. Curious to know also: Did you print out the whole PC, not just the text side? They're on the thin side, but all made it to Australia completely intact - no tearing, no smudging/bleeding from water - and I think they're wonderful!
Response: Once I get started on creating, I never know if it will be one or more. I printed the whole PC.
Comment: Loved the PC, sounds like a great way to spend "black friday". The Conservatory looks very similar to one of my all time favorite places--the Bronx botanical gardens!! thanks and all the best!
Comment: Well I hope you don't get a bad winter! But believe or not sometimes it goes down to the 30s here, I know ,Iknow probably not as bad but cold without snow and I live near the beach so colder.
Comment: Hello Karen- Thank you so much for the nice Wisconsin map card. I am giving you a heart because it is a map, and I can never have too many maps. I hope we have a warm and non-snowy winter, too.
Comment: what a collection of GREAT notecards you sent me! A few are too pretty to send off to anyone else!! :) And SEAGLASS!! You are TOO sweet! That should get you a DOZEN hearts! That plae aqua blue is my very favorite shade to find too! Thank you SO much for your thorughfulness! I have only driven through Pt. Townsend on our way to the WA coast last year but would like to spend some time exploring there! Where are you living in the MidWest now? I did the opposite-moved from the MidWest (St. Louis) to Washington! I love it here SO much! Thanks again & happy swapping! :)
Comment: Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh I love you. Glen Baxter is, I kid you not, my favorite artist ever. I have a postcard book of his, but I cannot bear to send any of them to other people. And I've never seen the one you sent me. You win at Swap-Bot!!!!1!!
Comment: Hey Born2dance, thanks so much for the truly lovely comment.
Isn't the Let us Dance and Read website fun? I love the videos of various dance scenes in movies I didn't even know existed!
And your profile is pretty darn awesome. I love your taste in books, tv, movies, and music. Not to mention, wandering off the beaten path to find myself in strange and curious places with interesting people is the fairy tale story of my life. :D
Comment: Thanks so much for all of the goodies! I can tell that you read my profile and put thought into your package, and I really appreciate that! I really love the washi paper you included ... thanks again! :)
