Comment: Thank you for card. I like the older ones. I have been to Paris a number of times and saw Leaning Tower of Pisa once. It leans even more now than when I saw it. Travel is educational as well as adventurous.
Response: Wow how awesome to be able to have seen that!
Comment: Thank you for the Kentucky card and the cool stamps! I know the feeling when you got some company around for some time — I get overwhelmed and burned out too. Anyway, hope everything in there is going well for you!
Response: So glad the card made it :) I try to buy stamps off ebay so I can use some fun ones on postcards
Comment: Thanks so much for the letter and postcard! I loved reading about your history with gaming. The word-based game you played on BBS must hold a lot of great memories for you. I'd actually love to send a letter back talking more about the games, if you don't mind!! I had a great time reading your letter, haha! I also loved the postcard. Thank you so much ♥
Response: I would love it! I am kind of busy for the next couple weeks but I will respond soon as I can
Comment: Thank you so much for the card with those nice stamps (I love the US stamp designs). I have to admite that I had to google for Wurm Online and it looks very good. I played Starbound, Terraria, Project Zomboid and such sandbox games but I never played them very long because I had no real goal. Without quests I am lost! :D
Response: Wurm online is a monthly fee version wurm unlimted you own the game. I think I like the unlimited better. glad you like the card :)
Comment: Thanks for the great card from Kentucky. I have actually been to the Capitol and seen the flower clock. A few years after that trip the Fort Worth Botantical Gardens build one there. I love to look at it when i am on that street.
Response: I have been waiting to send this card out. I am glad you like it
Comment: Thanks for the “keep calm” postcard. I don’t actually have a “bucket list” either, but there are some things I’d like to do and places I’d like to go...eventually. India and Holland sound wonderful! Holland is definitely on my list!
Response: Those two places have been in my dreams for a long time
Comment: You have no idea how relevant this dare is, which to remind you was for me to learn braille! My mom went blind a couple years back, and I'm soon moving in with her because my dad died, and my last kid just graduated, so I'm free to move out in the boonies with her. Anyway, she has been trying to learn braille, but we decided it will work better if we both do it together! So you know, you might be a wee bit psychic. Also, more transcription work, that would be so cool! Thanks! Also I love the postcard, it's so cool!
Response: I put a url on the card (pm me if you need to) it offers free braille courses online. If you need help with resources again PM me my husband is big in the blind community and he can help point you in the right direction as well as give information on tech that can help make like easier
Comment: The postcard is just beautiful and the quote weird. But I really want to thank you for the scratch & sniff stamps. This is the first time that I get some & I absolutely love them. This is why I gave you a heart.
Response: those stamps are so cool! i laugh because I never thought I would tell people 'don't forget to sniff the stamp'
Comment: Thanks for the PC! Great stamps too (none were cancelled!). I used to love watching the TV show WKRP in Cincinnati, it’s neat that the show was mentioned in the “did you know”:)
Hope the heat is still tolerable there, have a great summer!
Response: I wish I knew why they dont cancel them. I send cards to myself and about 2/3 of the time there is no cancellation on them. it drives me nuts. I also loved wkrp it was a fav show of mine.
Comment: Very cool postcard (First "talking book")! My neighbor growing up was my age and I was always a little envious of her being able to read books in the dark - I tried to have her teach me Braille, but teaching wasn't really her thing.
Response: I just learned braille myself there is a couple free courses online!
Comment: I think I have this same card! Did it come in a set? It definitely qualifies as ugly lol!! I’m not sure if I’m related but I will ask my in-laws, most of their family is next door in Saskatchewan. It’s a small world though:) Thanks for the PC! Hope you had a great Easter 🐣
Comment: Thank you so much Kathy for his wonderful Tangled postcard 💕 you are so lucky for winning a Disney gift card! :)
Response: glad you like it, The win was funny because I downloaded an app, saw a link on it and clicked it. I was like that was not what I wanted and I forgot it, Next thing I know I get a notification I won the grand prize ROFLMAO
Comment: I am so sorry but i can not rate a heart due to a SB glitch at this time, though I would if I could! I loved the pc you chose and the Rak one is just lovely! Thank you so very much, and again I apologize for nat being able to add a very well deserved heart!
Response: no worries on the heart :) That you enjoyed it means more to me. I am glad you like it :)
Comment: Your postcard got here today! It is a shock that it got here. Part of my first name, part of my last name are gone. My village name is gone. My zip code is all there and part of Greece is there. The bottom half of your message is missing. Only your first name was left. The mail service has fallen from great to horrible. :(
Comment: WOW - I received today and OMG... I love love love Chip and Dale. Not only is this the cutest Christmas card but it isn't over the top Christmasy so I can pop the card in a little frame and put it in my study. I LOVE THIS... Thank you so so so much :D
Comment: Thank you Kathy for taking the time to write me a great letter letting me know a little about you. I truly enjoyed reading it! I’m so happy to hear all that you are involved with! It’s awesome that you have been helping people and how nice to adopt a soldier! That is a very kind thing to do! Baba was ok that you sent a dog card as she sniffed the card and walked away. She was not impressed as is her usual attitude if she is not upset! Haha! I loved the card and how fun it was to see Baba being not -that -interested.....she had had several scares in the day so she was a bit worn out! I’ll be sending you a note back Kathy! Thank you!
Response: So glad you enjoyed the card, tell baba I am truly sorry and will try better next time lol
Comment: We stayed at home for Thanksgiving. We were going to my dad's but he said something disrespectful and we chose to stay away. I am sorry that you are in pain. Do you have a Meals on Wheels program that you could try out?
Response: glad you got the card. I just use click and shop. I just need to remember to do it lol.
Comment: Thanks very much for your postcard! Your husband sounds like a lovely guy doing good for the community. Apologies for taking so long to rate you - I have been on a very big move to a new home and am settling in.
Response: hope you are settling into your home ok :)
Comment: Thanks so much for the newsy note - I loved the note set, and thanks for the Halloween stickers! I haven't gotten in to Minecraft, but honestly the only reason is I fear it will take over my life!
Comment: This was very special - you put so much love into that letter. It was also so creative and well-written. I'm so glad He-Who-Protects-the-Little-Ones is well again. Thank you for this beautiful tribute to a beautiful dog.
Response: thank you, I had so much fun writing it and the funny part is every part is true
Comment: oh my gosh, I am so sorry about your terrible weekend. ugh! and I'm so relieved that writing about it made you feel a little better. sounds like you're overdue for some Good Luck, hang on to it when it comes!
Response: Thanks Rift. Sorry you had to read all that My Ac is now fixed (not without more drama however) which is nice!
Comment: Thank you for the great letter and sorry for the late rating. I wasn't able to get to the postoffice for a few weeks and only got through all my mail yesterday :) Thanks for the wonderful swap :)
