Comment: Hi Ellie! I loved reading your profile, I feel like we have a lot in common! My father and husband were also in the military and I was also a military spouse and a Christian as well. (Looks like I need to add more to my profile! Haha) :) I would love to exchange letters if you would ever want to! Have a great night!
Response: Hi Christina :) Good day! Thank you so much for reading my profile. This is definitely a delayed response.
I am interested in exchanging letters! However, do know that mail here takes a long time, and I don't want to frustrate you. If that's okay with you, I'm game!
Comment: I love the tea pot PC! I don't think the post office liked it though. I received it today in a body bag. I didn't see anything wrong with it but one little bend in the spout. Thank you so much! It is darling! You are in my prayers. Have a blessed day!
Response: Dear Tita Dianne,
Oh I'm soooo happy that my card reached your place! Thank you so much for being nice, and I really appreciate it whenever there are opportunities for you to pray for me.
I really thank you for that!
Comment: Thank you for your updates Abby! It is always a pleasure to chat with you online. Whatever you save is a step in the right direction. Some times life happens and we cannot do anything about it, but go with it. Much success to you in the new year!!! Happy New Year!
Comment: Thank you for the beautiful card and sweet note including Scripture. I appreciate swapping with you.
Response: Tita ChrisAnne! I just want to thank you soooo much for the wonderful heart that you gave :) Thank you so much, and it really humbled me a lot. I hope you can include me and my family in your prayers, as we just lost a dear family member.
I am sending out my regards to you as well.
Comment: Hello, thanks for the Anime postcard! I think it's awesome that you sent a card depicting Anime from primarily Filipino artists. And you managed to fit quite a bit of a nice note on the back, too!
Response: Oh wow! Thank you very much for the rating and for the heart!
Comment: Abigail, the lovely PC from your beautiful country arrived and brought cheer knowing you were pleased to be my partner. Absolutely, I will pray for you...and I delight in your asking me to. Keep His word before you, and never doubt His unfailing promises. Hugs, hearts and blessings coming now...
Comment: What a cool postcard! I read that book years ago. I, too, have trouble with decluttering - house is a virtual wreck at the moment. And it started (or just got worse) while I was working on my master's degree. About that, I think you have to really love it. Years ago, I started in on my MBA, too - my bachelor's is in finance. But I was burnt out on that stuff by then, and just didn't like it any more (and go figure, my job is with money stuff and math!). But years later, I realized I really loved history, and that made it, well, not easier, but smoother. Good luck with your degree! And thanks for the cool postcard!
Response: Oooh, it took two weeks to reach your place :) That was faster than I thought. Anyways, thank you very much for sharing your MBA story. It was comforting to know that I'm not the only one who feels what I am feeling these past few days. I hope I can finish my MBA in time. Just thinking about it sometimes makes me wanna *sigh*
It was nice of you to give the heart as well. Thank you for this Tita Jan :)
PS: Do you have a book recommendation right now?

Comment: Thank you so much for the sweet postcard! It really made me smile because it was so thoughtful. I loved everything about it- the owls, the quote, the pineapple, the hippos, and Domo. PERFECT!! I agree that it was not a coincidence... my boyfriend spent many years in the Philippines as a child because his father was in the military. Wishing you well. Thanks again! :D
Response: Oh wow! I am super duper happy that the card has reached your place safely :D It was very nice of you to give a heart btw!
Kindly tell your boyfriend that the Philippines is way much more different now. Hehe
Thank you so much again :)
Comment: Thank you for this Verse you are very right =] I was also wondering if you would be intested in snail mailing with me? =] If so feel free to send me a message and I will send you my address =]
Response: Aww, thanks for giving the heart :) I am always interested in snail mail, but unfortunately, I can't commit with letters right now Joshualyn... but I can do with postcards. But I am not sure though in your place. I think US postage has been up lately?
Comment: Hi Abigail ~ Lifted you up to the LORD and will do so each day this month during my Quiet Time. I will especially pray for your Grandmother with Dementia. Grandmother's are very special! I work in a Memory Care Unit here and know how horrible Dementia can be. God Bless you! Charmaine
Response: Thank you so much Charmaine,
just realized something about what you commented.
God bless you more!
Comment: Thank you so much for both comments. I'll make sure I check out the music suggestions. Seems everyone is on about Frozen! Thanks for following me on twitter as well. I'd give two hearts if I could!
Comment: Thanks for your lovely comment! My first tryst with ATC was due to a yahoo group I used to be a part of where we'd exchange different crafts, including ATCs.
I'd love to see you around on my blog!
Comment: Yay! It finally arrived. Thank you! Thank you! I've been to Baguio once. Probably like more than 10 years ago. I don't really remember that much. Ikaw ha, nagsusulat sa postcard while in class. I like that. hahaha thanks again Abby! =]
Comment: Cool ideas! A rickshaw would be really interesting. Sledding is one of my favorite winter past-times. Although I can't say I've ever owned a sled. We usually just use whatever we have on hand.
Comment: Thanks for the comment on my "photos put in a Shutterfly book". Sorry about the view of the photos but it is how Shutterfly has it set up. The words are hard to read too but they do do excellent work and picking the layout of each page and what photos to use was so much fun.
Comment: SALAMAT! for the cool postcard from Bohol! We are almost 'neighbours' as I come from Leyte! :-) My cousin now lives in Bohol and I do want to see Bohol again so who knows... THANK YOU!

Comment: Thank you for the comment you left on my blog, I'll be keeping the idea of using the ATC designs for journal covrs in mind. So do you create lots of journals?
Response: Thank you for the rating and the heart :D Indeed, your blog is truly interesting. I hope you'll continue to post more blog posts.
If I have the opportunity to create journals, I'll do them. Just right now, I am focused on my studies. heheh :")
Comment: Beautiful list. I especially liked your descriptions. It's easy to just write some reason you want to go somewhere but yours were really nice to read. Germany (my country) is a beautiful place to visit but not really to live in. It has nice views and great places to see.
Comment: Thank you very much for sending the link of your blog. I like it a lot, it's fun to read about the mail other people send and receive.
Unfortunately I can't comment on your blog itself, because I don't have the accounts which is required to comment.
I'm looking forward to your new posts!
Response: Thank you so much for reading it! The heart is so much appreciated, and I do understand about the account thingy :) heheh

Comment: Abigail, thanks for the comment on my blog! Do you have a recipe for adobo you could share so I can try it?
Most of my recipes use lots of ingredients, because I love spices and flavors. I dug through a few pages on my blog and here's one that's slightly shorter (7 ingredients): http://lawstudentscookbook.wordpress.com/2013/03/28/sausage-and-roasted-pepper-pasta/
Comment: Thank you for stopping by my profile and learning a bit about me :) It is great to be a grand mother, never thought I'd be one so young much less one in general but I do love those little boogers. I know it says give a heart if extra special goodies were sent/done but you took the time to read my profile so I gave you a heart :)

Comment: hello! :) Thank you for the postcard! Hehe, how do people normally spell your name? :o I am not a Muslim, I am a freethinker. but I do have Muslim neighbours and they are constantly walking up and down the street to the mosque. They are all very friendly :)

And thanks for the chance to have a swap together and get points!!! It helps a lot.
I'll send my postcard really soon and hope you will like it, too.

Comment: Hi there, I just received your swap(S) thank you!! I was surprised to have so many envelopes! o.o But now I am confused! Is there a place where I can get addresses to send these to? There are so many :O But thank you for opening this world to me, I think I'm going to gain a lot of new friends this way :O
Comment: thanks for dropping by and following my blog http://consciousness-collection.blogspot.com.au/
the 'true self' exhibition concept is such a great idea. one artist starts the artwork, then sends it to another to finish off the piece! terrific collaborations!
Comment: Thank you for the beautiful postcard ! I like blue color very much ! A school year in Japan starts in April and closes in March. I have a neighbour from your country who married to Japanese man and is living here in Japan.
Comment: Thanks for the warm hello. :) I had it on my profile that I wanted to learn about Amigurumi so I got a great how-to book and some supplies to get me started in a tag from a great swapper who does wonderful amis. Maybe you could do the same. It always helps to get some encouragement from someone with experience. I still haven't tackled my 1st ami but I'm looking forward to it. Good luck. :)
Response: Thanks! Now I have some at least inspiration to start on making one :)
Comment: Thanks Abby, I enjoyed reading from you :) Your silk screen printing is amazing! You should really try to sell on Etsy I bet you would do well! If you would like to become penpals let me know, I'm a bit older than you - by 10 years but I can be an older sister :) I will be praying for you. Have a blessed day!
Comment: I got the postcard today! 14 days! The flower stickers even made it. Arlington, TX is very close to me so your other postcard should have made it. Would you like a map Pc of Texas? Let me know and I'll send one out to you. Thanks!
Comment: Your Christmas tree is adorable! I love the idea of filling a tree with toys instead of ornaments. And your sister's picture of the doll and reindeer had a lot of character. So cute! Happy holidays!
Response: Thank you very much for your nice comment, and for the heart! Have a great day :)
