Comment: Loved this swap! The postcard and bookmark are great and I absolutely love the book inspired read you included. I'm looking forward to reading it. I enjoyed Marissa Meyer's Lunar Chronicles series as well! â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸
Response: I'm so glad you are happy with the swap! Hope you enjoy the book, let me know what you think when you read it :)
Comment: Thank you for your reading log Megan! It was a bit of a mission to open, but I liked the idea of using a little notebook to log your reads. You read quite a lot in one month! That's great. It was a pleasure to read about someone else's reading habits.
Response: Yes, I did tape it well, it was traveling to the other side of the world and I wanted to be sure it made it in one piece :) Glad to hear that I succeeded and you enjoyed!
Comment: Megan, thank you for the amazing swap! You went above and beyond - thank you so much for everything! I absolutely love all the tapes, all of which are new to me. Thank you also for all the cute die cuts and post it notes. I especially love the owl ones. I love the little heart you use to hold the envie closed - so i'll def be using that for something special. I love everything really! I am at planner peace too - right now I have my personal size Kikki.k and I hvae a MAMBi fitness planner that I love - it records all your meals, calorie and water intake. I hope you're having a wonderful summer! Thank you for everything.
Response: So glad you enjoyed it all! I had fun putting it together. I love the owls too! Enjoy the rest of your summer!
Comment: Thanks, Megan. I love the theme you chose - what a great book, indeed! and the birdy goodness that was all over the place (except the one of a dead bird hanging by a noose...). Thanks for taking the time with this PL.
Response: Im glad you like it! Yes, the dead bird image is rather disturbing, but I like the symbolism of it with To Kill a Mockingbird. :)
Comment: Hi Megan, thanks so much for the wonderful Marilyn Monroe p/c. I just did an ATC swap with my club and the subject was "Icon" and, would you believe it, I chose Marilyn to represent my idea of an Icon. You choice must have been fate! You can see the ATC I made on my flikr if you're interested. I agree choosing a good book is so hard - if you would like to set up a private book recommendation swap between us and I'm in...we might have similar tastes so it should be interesting. Cheers for now and thanks once again for your thoughtful choice, cheers Barbara
Response: Sorry I never responded to this, I havent been active on SB for quite awhile. If you are still interested in a book recommendation swap, pm me, I would love to do that!
Comment: Received the postcards on Friday, but I was away for the weekend, so did not see it until today! Thanks so much- both arrived in good condition and I enjoyed reading the little messages on the back! :)
Response: Glad you enjoyed them and they arrived safely!
Comment: I got my package today- thank you so much! I love the bags, they're super adorable and I even got to use them grocery shopping today :) I love the yarn-alpaca!!- and thank you for the shells and glass. A super neat package that made my day, thank you for swapping with me! :)
Response: Yay!! Now my day has been made because it got there safely !! So glad!!
Comment: Wow- I was really meant to have these. First of all, my neighbor had it in his box- even after I stood and waited for the mailman to give me my mail yesterday, and Second- it had a note on it saying "Return to sender, Do not Cover Postage". But I guess they never sent it to you. Did you mail this from Canada? There were current Canadian stamps on it. Anyhow, thank you SO much!
Response: Glad they arrived, sorry for any trouble =(. I reused the envelope from a swap i received from Can. I covered that old postage with the stamps I told you about in the pm. It wasn't postage due, was it? I will reimburse you if it was. I don't know why it would say that, I have reused packaging before and covered stamps before with new stamps. Oh well.
Comment: Huge stack of books.... Don't remind me! Now that I have an ereader, it's gotten even worse! No English/Irish mysteries, check! Don't like the #1 Ladies Detective agency either. Does The Perfume count as a mystery? Or how about something by Georges Simenon?
Response: I will look into those suggestions!! Thanks!!
Comment: Thank you for the box. The journal was nice. The book of quotes was nice. The pastel papers are okay. The Celt coloring pages were unique. I enjoyed the regifted postcards. The Ryden card that someone had sent to you was my favorite. I hope you'll enjoy your box as much! Like you I can relate to being broke and sending what you can, and have on hand. Happy swapping!
Response: I am SOO Glad you liked it all, I was so worried about it! Was the Ryden the bubble one? that was just wierd! lol, It arrived quickly! Well I look forward to receiving my box and swapping again sometime!
Comment: My dh brought the mail in today. It had your package. Your snow tape was appropriate as more has arrived.
I adore the matchbox you made and I love how you made the card fronts into postcards. Thankyou for the cute package of fun.
Response: Glad you liked it! Can't take the credit for the pc's though. someone else made them, although i dont remember who, i dont think it was anyone on SB!
Comment: I especially like this from your requirements: "have info on the back such as creator's name, date, email, title of work # in collection (1 of 3). This info should be left intact by other swappers." The last sentence is very important!
Response: Thanks! Yea, I find it unbelievable that people would try to take credit for another person's work!
Comment: I would've given you a heart just for your intro letter! ^laugh^ I know what you mean! I'm in two journal swaps right now and while I'm filling pages and adding extra entries, I'm scared my partner will be disappointed because it isn't an art journal. But, there has to be a place in this world for the rest of us! Thank you for sharing your page!
Comment: Thank you so much for the pc of Stinson lake....I'm not sure if you knew, but my dogs name is Stynson...so it was extra special...and we have put it on our wishlist of places to visit ! Thanks again...have a great summer there....it looks like a great place !
Response: Oh wow, I didn't know that, awesome! Please let me know if you do get to come this way, if we are still around we can show you the area and that little country store!
Comment: Hi Megan! Thank you so much for the bottle swap items! This was one of the most fun swaps!! Love the pens, pencils, erasers, postits and especially the primas (I've never had any before). I'll put the ATC blanks to good use too in my next ATC swap! What fun it was to see that big soda bottle by my mailbox. I bet the postman wondered what in the heck that was! Thanks again, you did a fantastic job!!!
Response: I am so glad you liked it, this was the first swap I was kinda nervous about because I used mostly things I already had around, which was helpful since I am moving!! My mail lady thought I was crazy!
Comment: OMG! I was just overwhelmed with everything in your package!! There are so many things in it and each deserves a separate thank-you note, but right here I want to mention all the homeschooling materials and the set of Scripture cards for each week of the year - it nearly brought tears to my eyes! Thank you! I'd give 1000 hearts if I could :)
Response: awww, I am so glad it arrived ok and that you like it all! I was so nervous about giving you lots of good stuff since the pkg you sent me was so amazing!! Thanks to @LillyCalliope for all the stuff she sent me so I could pass some along!!
