Response: oh how fortuitous, he was just a pokey little puppy of an envelope. (:
Response: I was so tempted to draw little santa hats on the sharks but did not want to anger the postal gods. I am in desperate need of buying some new postage (festive and otherwise!)
Response: The stencil looking washi sized pattern is a handcarved stamp made from an awkwardly sized scrap from another project (: I'm glad it caught your eye!
Response: I am so glad this batch got to you, it was really no worry since I made extra the first go around, thank you for being so patient with me and I am glad you liked them!
Response: Oh my, it sounds like the weather is playing an April Fool's joke on you. 6 inches of snow?! If it keeps it up you could have yourself a very ridiculous easter egg hunt...
Response: heh, I am glad you were able to see the pattern in my penmanship. The mystery square would be a detail of a painting I did a while back, I put it in because my biggest passion in art has always been human portraiture, especially women. That was my big love when I did photography as well. Over all, it just did not feel like a self portrait without at least a little of my hair sneaking in (: thank you for the kind rating
Response: heh, I might have made a mistake with that blog post, now any time I post a selfie people are going to check the nose. :P you really gotta get the tools, you *gotta*
Response: Ooh! I'm glad I could intrigue you enough to check out some new to you music. I think everything off their album "Antics" is fantastic and the song "Evil" has the most delightful uncanny valley music video I've ever seen (plus it's a pretty solid song, but that puppet!). (:
Response: Whatever you do, please please please share many pictures with me so I can think of what I want to do with the billions I still have (and am destined to keep making) (although I think future ones might just be one sided because every use I can think for them involves mounting them somehow anyways...)
Response: Gosh, was everything sparkly? I might have gotten carried away with some glitter not too long ago... I'm so glad you liked all the stamps, I hope you have fun sending them out into the world ^-^
Response: Thank you for such wonderfully kind words. (: It is so nice to know the peacefulness of those moments preserved itself properly in those words.
Response: That is good to know! I think I misread your profile in regards to your kids getting the mail (I also think I was working on your swap while on painkillers still, so that probably didn't help my reading comprehension...) but I'm still glad you liked the card because I had fun making it (:
Response: I'm so glad the stamps were a hit, I had so much fun making all of them. Having pretty birds around isn't all it is cracked up to be, we also have a flock of annoying little alarm impersonators that hang out in the big tree out front and scream at one am. I might prefer crows over that nonsense...
Response: Thank you for taking the time to type out such a nice rating. I have been trying especially hard lately to use fewer negative words (particularly when talking about myself) it's amazing how easily they sneak in. I much prefer focused and tuned into myself as descriptors. As for the card itself, I picked it very nearly at random and did not even see that was the story behind the art on the front. What a happy accident. (:
Response: Thanks so much (: I like the friendly dragon dudes too, they have often been my go to decoration for correspondence, I don't know why I use them more often. As for the spiderwoman, I find the more I share those thoughts and words with other people the more I hear everyone saying they feel the same but didn't like to say anything. Which I suppose is what makes art and writing so important! Thanks again for the inspiration to break out a little.
Response: Oh no, I hope you are feeling better soon. D: I'm glad you liked the cards!
Response: Thank you so much for the kind words and feedback, I am honestly surprised how out of my element I have been feeling sharing my writing (and writing for) these types of swaps, I didn't realize before how isolated my writing life had become. It's wonderful to be connected with other passionate writers, such as yourself, again! Thanks for reading (:
Response: (: you are certainly not the only person who thinks I should do the dishes more often! Thank you for the wonderful feedback and for hosting this swap!
Response: I so totally don't usually call zentangled atc's "done" but the background on that one pleased me too much to cover anymore, so I am really glad you liked it!
Response: You know, I actually found a handful of dog postcards while I was looking for a marsupial one? I was very tempted to just send you one of those with a note saying it was good enough for the last swap :P I bet round 3 I'll find that kangaroo pc I swore I had...
Response: The planet one is gouache! Probably my favorite paint besides oil but definitely a very weird texture if you aren't used to it.
Response: I'm glad you enjoyed it and I am so looking forward to getting a copy of yours- I can't wait to see how you got around "cherry"! :D
Response: Aren't the gingerbread stamps the cutest?! They were the Christmas stamps that were out 3 years ago and I have been kinda hoarding my last partial sheet of them. Really wish they would bring those ones back!
Response: Man, the shiny green envelopes are so nostalgic for me. When I first got into mail stuff I lived by this bulk stationery store that specialized in fancy invitations. I got a giant ass boxes of big shiny green, medium shiny copper and small shiny gold envelopes. I felt so cool, that was like, my calling card.
Response: Thank you for such a kind rating! Literally two people have read my work in progress and three people have read excerpts (including you!) so it's a real relief to get that sort of feedback. And a little more context on Cady Arms will probably be a good topic in an upcoming letter because that was definitely one of the stranger periods of my life so far. (:
Response: Oh no! I forgot I was doing drunk santa for you. I will have to send you some drunk santa separately!
Response: :D aren't airmail envelopes fun? I swear they give me a grin anytime I see one.
Response: Thank you so much for hosting and for the kind words!
Response: Thank you for the kind rating. I really enjoyed this swap as well, it is so much fun to see where the mind goes. (:
Response: Thank you for reminding me I was writing a story... x)
Response: Thank you for joining them! I am so excited to see the finished mail piles, I hope people share pictures of their collections at the end. ^-^
Response: All the washi I am using on the Advent swaps I got in a little tube at Michael's for $9! Check their Christmas section if you don't see it in the washi section. (:
Response: Gosh stenciling those was a huge mess, I am glad you like the result! I'm actually very excited for you to open this one, so you have to eventually. :P
Response: Oh boy, I think I have sent you a million ST stamps by now. I am glad you are not sick of them yet!
Response: (: You're welcome!
Response: I know. I am definitely stashing mine out of sight so I am not overcome by temptation D:
Response: Two spiders in that stamp set, even! One looks to be inspired by a wolf spider and the other by a black widow!
Response: I mean, is there anything in the constitution that says a monkey can't run for president? I think the rules are born in the USA and over 35... so...
Response: yeah, good luck! From what I hear all the stories are getting pretty crazy (I wonder how my original Jim is holding up...)
Response: If you haven't already you should check out the book Griffin and Sabine. It is aimed at adults but is similar to the Jolly Postman in terms of having letters to pull out (and the artwork is fantastic) probably my favorite interactive book for adults I have come across.
Response: I haven't read Harry Potter, but I think you mean Voldemort? Or can I not say his name? whoops. I'm glad the card got a laugh out of you (:
Response: I definitely want to host this one again. I need to host it again with my card collection! But what filth! I just meant to send you some plastic boobies, not *poo* as well. This was supposed to be a *classy* swap. ;P
Response: No worries! I have done the same thing plenty of times.(:Glad you like the bug card!
Response: eep! my feelings won't be hurt if you trade him on, you have to understand how hard it is to only be able to celebrate one of your favourite "animals" once a year :P
Response: I'm glad! I was so happy with the bookmark, I totally didn't think they would actually turn out that cute.
Response: (: I tried so hard to make her cute for you! Most "cute" things I make turn out terrifying, so it really was your lucky day.
Response: Glad you liked it! And yes, I am sure I will be back to the brochure pile... and adding to the brochure pile... so this is where the clutter comes from :P
Response: I am glad you liked the zine (: I like Halloween, but I also really enjoy skeletons and medical anomalies and all of that in a non halloween context. The museum of Osteology was really neat for that- if you'd like I'll email you some pictures I took while I was there, I think they are pretty inspiring! Thanks for the nice rating and for swapping :D
Response: You aren't a moron! This code was very fiddly and awful and I will never use it again because it was truly a p.i.t.a. so here's a link to a website that will decode it for you <3 http://www.dcode.fr/rail-fence-cipher
Response: I honestly am not sure if you can open an envelope booklet without losing the top flap... at least not the way I assemble them. They are so super easy to make you really should give it a go. (: And again- I'm so glad you got to be the recipient of all that orange!
Response: I am so glad the prompts will work for you! Thanks for joining the swap (:
Response: Oh, right, I'll be sure to crochet you some doilies and send some Precious Moments look alikes next swap.
Response: I am so glad you liked the matchbox and the stamps! I just have a standard (and rusty...) speedball carving set, and an optivisor and I might have thrown out a few mess ups first... I have always thought candy ciggy boxes were quite charming, but I might be biased as I always have tons lying around. Thank you so much for the kind rating (:
Response: ack. now I wish I knew what the inner envelope I used was. Glad you liked the ATC and noticed the matchy matching. (:
Response: confession: the entire reason I made this swap was so I could send that squid ink box full of babies without anyone thinking I had gone insane. Those babies have been haunting my craft room for months. Where did they even come from? Who knows!
Response: heh I definitely suffer from swap-writing-block sometimes. Only so many ways to say HEY HERE'S THAT ATC. WOAH. Although, not that I type that, that's definitely getting used in the next atc swap I am in... ANYWAY glad you liked the card, thanks for playing :D
Response: :D I need to just designate a spot to stash everything purple to use on mail for you.
Response: I choose to believe that poem is what I will be remember for after my time.
Response: You can see now why I have hardly used that dumb giant bottle of glow in the dark paint! You really have to explain it every time you use it. Imagining your confusion at the seemingly blank postcard is cracking me up, I hope the glow still works when it is dark enough. Glad I could put something odd in your day.
Response: I am so glad the cards all made it to you and that you liked them! Have fun swapping and let me know if you ever want to do it again (:
Response: Right? This last year has been awful! It used to take 14 days tops for a letter to get anywhere in the world, now it takes up to 14 days for a postcard to go one state over. It's awful.
Response: I certainly envy you a bit. My husband does have many redeeming qualities... just not that one, sadly. lol
Response: I am glad you liked the piece. I hope you got the glowing bits to work, using a strong light indoors should "charge" it up as well. (: It was a fun challenge.
Response: I'm glad you liked it (: thanks for joining in this round!
Response: Oh I am so glad you were pleased with it. (: and that the peace people did not liberate themselves from each other! Thank you for the kind words.
Response: ^-^ you're welcome!
Response: Thank you for the kind words (: I am glad you liked it.
Response: I am glad you liked him. Thank you for hosting this clever swap. I hope you do a rerun with a new picture sometime. (:
Response: I am glad you enjoyed the card. (: The juxtaposition of palm fronds in Seattle made sense to me because when I was growing up in Seattle I always wanted to live somewhere with palm trees, and now that I live in SoCal I just want to get back to the overcast.
Response: I am so glad sad knight has found a home in your cubicle, I am sure he will make a lovely conversation piece (even better than a dilbert strip) :D
Response: :D you're welcome!
Response: I am so glad you enjoyed the typewriters! I wish I could figure out where I found those stickers so I could buy a million more!
Response: haha I didn't cheat, I overcompensated for the blindfold. Perhaps I should wear it for all our correspondence. (:
Response: So glad you like them!
Response: Wasn't that fortuitous? I was a little afraid we'd all end up with more of the same but it worked out really well ^-^ I'm glad you liked the Trilobite of Terror card!
Response: :D thanks for being in the swap!
Response: ^-^ aw, thank you, Steph. I am glad you liked the ATC and the Mr. T sticker. You do have to watch Heavy Metal when you get a chance, it's no cinematic masterpiece but it's enjoyable (except I swear the last part of it gets 10 minutes longer every time I watch it. good god.)Anyhow, thanks for doing a make up swap with me for this (:
Response: This is driving me insane because I cannot for the life of me remember sending you a shimmery card. I sent a ton of things out in a mail trance, it seems. Whatever it was, I am glad you liked it :D
Response: Oh my this rating made my day ^-^ you are more than welcome to quote me on your blog but you've got to give me the address for it so I can check it out. I will have to keep my eye out for the next stream of consciousness letter! <3
Response: :D so glad you got a kick out of the card. I really live for the opportunity to draw crap like that!
Response: I am glad you liked it! I am still trying to figure out how to make words more readable... The blue was done with a round eraser, crumbled tissue paper and my handcarved anglerfish stamp... I think. Almost everything on the top of my desk ended up covered in ink that day.
Response: I am so glad you enjoyed it. I had thought "oh, this won't be a challenge for me since I designed the kits" but they were such oddball things I wouldn't have thought to use together. I still have no idea what I was thinking. But every piece I have seen has been pretty awesome. Thanks for being part of the swap. (:
Response: I read somewhere that for a while it was in Weird Al's contract that he required a different print Hawaiian Shirt for every concert he did. I have no idea if that's even true, but it just felt *right*.
Response: aw, that was adorable. I absolutely love Weird Al, he seems like such a great guy. I am glad you guys enjoyed the zine. (:
Response: I am so glad you enjoyed it! I definitely cracked myself up making it (the fact it was the middle of the night and I was listening to his Polka remixes the entire night probably did not help) Thanks so much for being part of this swap!
Response: Thank you for the kind rating and for being part of this swap :D
Response: (: I am glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for being part of this swap!
Response: I'm glad you liked the envie book and the zine (: it was such a blast to put together!
Response: :D no worries! I forgot too until I was archiving old swaps. I'm glad you liked the cookies I hated making them and will never make them again :P
Response: :D glad you enjoyed the cards!
Response: (: I hope the prompts work well for you and inspire some interesting writing.
Response: I am so glad you liked the tag. (: all the windows at my family's house had valances on them growing up and I have come to determine windows look rather naked without them. (also, glad you liked the angler fish! I have always found them absolutely fascinating)
Response: Your mail person was probably muttering under his breath "they want hand cancel? I'll show them hand cancel..." as he frisbee-d the envelope across your lawn. I am glad it arrived (I assume) undamaged. That's just too much.
Response: I am glad you liked him! I thought about doing the cat, because I vaguely remember us having a conversation about this once, but ultimately decided the dead give away of the H would make Rimmer a lot harder to mess up. Too bad "muppet-ized Red Dwarf Characters" is too niche of a swap to have any success at running, otherwise I would run the hell out of it. (:
Response: I could not resist that pun, I just couldn't. I am glad you got a kick out of it. :D I really would like to know what the tiny people are even meant for! They are too small to use for model trains (I would think...) yet like you said, someone makes them...
Response: That is a fantastic way to describe what's going on in that postcard. Thanks for hosting yet another fun swap (:
Response: I knew you'd dig the eyeballs. Glad it got a smile out of your mini-you as well. (:
Response: Oh good (: I'm glad flickr didn't ruin the surprise entirely. Thanks for giving me a reason to try something new with this swap :D
Response: (: I am glad you liked the pocket letter because so help me god I never want to make one again. I appreciate the idea but so not my jam. I hope you are feeling better and Pancake appreciates the love. <3
Response: haha I didn't expect they would actually hand cancel it, but they don't hand cancel ones marked with "non-machinable" or "please hand cancel" either so it was worth a shot. I'm glad you liked the ATC's and that they got there fine though!
Response: Well, gee, it just isn't a swap without a few postcards thrown in ;) I'm glad you enjoyed the swap! Let me know how your journal turns out, I have done it with different types of paper but not that small before. I bet it'll work well. We'll have to swap again sometime :D
Response: Glad you liked the swap! I had fun putting it together (:
Response: Thanks for the kind words. (: My secret ingredient so to speak was saran wrap. I put saran wrap on my printer bed in hopes to protect it from some of the wet ink since I was impatient and it turned out to be the happiest accident ever. & I thought you'd get a kick out of the envelope
Response: Glad it got to you safely and you enjoyed it (:
Response: Oh my, I must have not clicked "respond" when I typed my response before! I was so very proud of G. It was probably my shining moment of the swearsy series, so I am glad you got a kick out of it. And I am glad I finally found an F to give. :P
Response: heh, I am so glad you're not having "buyer's" remorse on the ATC's. I am totally stocked to hear I'm not the only one who makes packing tape ATC's. In the years I have been trading them I have not received a single packing tape one! And I am so glad you liked the random stuff! The *you mad* sticker killed me, I found a rage face sticker machine in a bowling alley up in Seattle, it was glorious. We'll have to swap again in the future, so nice to only have to avoid sending sharks! ^-^
Response: any time, bro (:
Response: I'm glad you enjoyed them, I really enjoyed this swap too!
Response: Glad the ugly worked for you (:
Response: I'm glad you appreciated the ugly (: Thanks for being part of this swap!
Response: haha, that's in volume 2, "claim any spilled water in the house is melted snow, any stray pee in the house is melted yellow snow" I'm glad you enjoyed the zine (:
Response: So so glad you are enjoying the teas already. Thank you for doing this swap with me (:
Response: I am so glad too! <3 we will have to do a birthmas swap in April. I had too much fun to wait a whole nother year.
Response: No worries! (: I am glad the card got to you safely. Have a lovely holiday season!
Response: ^_^ so glad you enjoyed them and had fun in the swap. Hope to see you around in future rounds!
Response: So glad you enjoyed them. Let me know if you ever want to swap again in the future ^_^
Response: awww, thank you so much for the kind words. I am glad you enjoyed my work. I am really looking forward to seeing what you come up with though, the versatility of zines is my favourite thing about them!
Response: I am so glad you liked them. I am pretty proud of the oatmeal one. I hope you'll join in more of the swearsy swaps in the future (:
Response: I had never heard of the teeth falling out one either! But that whole class was a little surreal. One day we passed a brain (actual brain in a dish) around and people could touch it if they wanted. I declined and took note of a handful of people who did touch it and watched them to see how long before they touched their mouth without washing their hands afterwards. Pretty nasty. Anyway, I'm full of dumb anecdotes, let's do this again sometime (:
Response: Glad it got to you safely, I hope you enjoy it (:
Response: That thing haunted my dreams for weeks while it was waiting to be drawn. Every night showing up with a slightly different pose. *I hope you're happy*
Response: :D so glad you liked them!
Response: One of my (increasingly many) life mottos is "If you have the chance to draw a menstruating forehead vagina you take that chance." I intend to have that engraved on my tombstone.
Response: I thought the wax museum one was kinda cool, I've had it for a while and never could find the right time to send it, hopefully you will. Thanks for private swapping with me (:
Response: Toll! :D if you are working on learning German you should check out the app Duolingo. It is free, and it's a pretty nice little primer for picking up new languages. They have quite a few available.
Response: :D I'm so glad you like everything. Always a pleasure to put stuff together for you <3
Response: Buahaha I was really really proud of that C one. I'm glad it earned a spot on your fridge. I do hope to see you in more swearsy swaps (:
Response: Oh my gosh I can only imagine the confusion at saying I wanted to wake up to a Dutch Baby if you didn't know what they were! So delicious though (: thanks for being part of this swap!
Response: So glad you liked it. (:
Response: I'm so glad you liked the ATC! I had fun with it (:
Response: Haha glad you enjoyed it (: I can never pass up an opportunity to draw a good butt.
Response: O.o you do know that is *not* the reccomended use for a febreez can, right?
Response: Glad it got to you! Thanks for the heart :D
Response: Aw (: I have had a lot of fun! It was quite the experience. I'm glad you enjoyed it too!
Response: Be boop de boop beep. (:
Response: I'm glad you enjoyed the doodles! Thanks for joining this swap (:
Response: I will not even sue you for copyright infringement if you get the one painted larger than life on the front of your house.
Response: I am so glad you liked them. My husband just kinda gave me 'the look' when he saw them out on my desk. Until we swap again!
Response: Ooh, thanks for letting me know about the sticky tape. I've been using it for a while and no one has mentioned it. r.i.p. atc sleeves :/ So glad you enjoyed the hairy man ass, I feel it is the greatest butt I have ever drawn. I almost didn't send tits and ass, but in the end I could not resist. Thanks for joining in the lewdness.
Response: Yeah... if anyone tells you lizards are low maintenance, leave them in the corner and forget about them pets call them a liar and spit in their eye. But only if your mouth is clean. No one deserves their eyes to be used as amoeba food. (thanks for joining this swap!)
Response: I am so glad you enjoyed it! And I really feel the same way about contacts, I was thinking about going back to them but after that article- nope! And just let me know on any of the future prompts if you want to do a private version (:
Response: So glad to hear! Thanks for the heart (:
Response: I'm glad you liked it (: I knew I was going over but I couldn't decide what to take out and really didn't want to put it all away again. Hope that gives you a fun start to smashing!
Response: I am so tickled you liked it. (: I had fun trying to make it as eclectic as possible so there would be something fun for anyone.
Response: Well, to be fair, we are long lost twins. I just look at things and think- "would I like this?" yes. always yes.
Response: I can't believe it's almost full either! Absolutely crazy. It's been a lot of fun though. (: I'm glad it arrived safely yet again, well traveled little things.
Response: *giggle* I hope it's well hung. ;) let me know when you're up for another round. heh.
Response: :D You caught me, the whole reason I even set the swap up was because I wanted to make an ATC with a panty liner on it. :P Thanks for joining in the swap (:
Response: I'm glad you liked the ATC's! I really liked the essentially one too, that is one of my favourite stamps (I probably use her way too much!)
Response: I am so glad you liked it. (: I have always loved working super tiny, so I figured if there was ever a chance to go a little overboard, this was it!
Response: Ooh no problem. I'm the same way if something gets left in the car it is destined to stay there forever... I'm glad you liked the postcard though (: thank you!
Response: lol! I was very surprised to see how many art dolls don't have boobs! A lot of them are interesting blobby shapes. Glad you liked the doll, the monster and the postcard- and so glad Rayna loves the charms. (:
Response: Hope I was able to inspire you a little (: I really loved the cracked glass one, thank you for telling me about that technique!
Response: Ooh right in time for April Fool's day :P good timing. Glad you had fun with it when I got a pack of those I knew they were just too flat not to mail at some point (:
Response: You have to open it. It's funny. Do it. Do it outside if you have to. There's more than just glitter. I'd ask how you knew but I'm assuming postmark and handwriting.
Response: Oh good! I hope you guys have fun together. I'm glad you could use the backings (:
Response: I had a hard time parting with that envelope, but I knew you would love it like I loved it. As much as watching the lizard eat her worms <3
Response: d'awww you're just biased. Glad you liked the ATC's, dude. Always happy to send you random stuff in the mail. (:
Response: :D I am glad you liked the joke! (I knew you'd like the PC :P) You are *the* easiest person to pick postcards for (if only because no one else would like half the cards I have)
Response: I'm so glad you liked the cards. And thank you for the kind words (: I'm glad we set up this swap and tried something new!
Response: I am so glad you like it! That is easily my favorite stamp I've carved. Thank you for the prompt rating (:
Response: I am so glad you enjoyed the zines and the ATC! I was rather pleased with how the card turned out and it feels good to give some life to old photographs. Thank you so much for the kind words (:
Response: Thank you for reading it, and for the very kind feedback (: It was funny I had not thought a whole lot about how odd some things are concerning redheads until I saw on the facebook that there was supposed to be a "kiss a ginger day" like anyone should have the right to go up and kiss someone just because of their hair color. I am glad you enjoyed it, thank you for letting me share (:
Response: I can't figure out the USPS. Things seem to either take 2 weeks or 2 days :P Glad you like the fish (: I was kicking myself that I forgot to photograph it- so I am extra glad it got to you!
Response: Oooh! You noticed the whale page! I had way too much fun doing the eye. (: I am glad you like it. I tried to make it neat despite it having to be so thin. I hope you have fun working in it!
Response: I'm glad you like them. (: When I get the hang of UTEE I'll hit you up so I can send you a better version of that card. :P As for the envies- I buy old books from the $2 section of our used bookstore and cut my own to fit. :D Would love to swap with you again in the future!
Response: Heh, yes I felt a little silly being paired with you since we already had a swap going. Was glad more people joined because at first it was all people I'd swapped with several times. :P
Response: Thank you (: You're right, there might be some interest if I put one up, I will have to figure out the best way to go about it and give it a try!
Response: Of course! I had a lot of fun with it. Let me know in the future if you ever want to swap some pages/supplemental bits to help fill our journals up (:
Response: :D I knew you would. I was way too pleased with myself <3 thanks for inspiring me to try sharpie ATC making
Response: Thank you again for coming up with the idea! It was a fun little thing to have going. I will definitely host it again in another month or so (:
Response: Thank you (: I will send you a PM, I'd love to do some more photography type cards (:
Response: I'll be in touch ;)
Response: Hooray! I was pleased with it. :D
Response: Hope you like them (: glad they got to you!
Response: Oh I understand the fear, I'm still a little nervous about introducing her to other pets (not ours) I know full size she'll be a force to reckon with, but even though she's pretty fat now (and horrible spiky when mad) I'm super protective. Glad they loved the hair stuff, I've never met a little girl who didn't love hair stuff (: whew, better save some writing for round 3 ;)
Response: Haha! I can totally see that. I was happy he came out looking like anything, honestly (:
Response: Yes! I always look forward to having the same partner's too. Was so easy to figure out what to send you this time (: Glad you liked everything. -I felt a tinge silly because I saw where you lived after I wrote about the curiosity shop and thought *well of course she's been!* See ya around!
Response: :D oh good! those should help you get addicted (I mean, started) ;)
Response: Hahaha! I love the Frodo one (: You know those calendars that are all pictures of babies in flowers? I would gladly have a calendar like that but with Frodo in a different flower each month :P
Response: Butt of course! (: Thanks for being part of our first group swap!
Response: Thanks, bud. (:
Response: I'm so glad you liked the tea holder (: I saw a picture of one a while back and was dying to try it out. I hope you love the teas (: thanks for hosting!
Response: Thank you for the kind words (: I'm so glad you liked it!
Response: I'm pleased you liked the ATC so much, and the penny too. Thank you again for going through the effort of hosting this swap (:
Response: I'm thrilled you liked it (: I was pretty please the velum held the embossing powder, some other surfaces I tried it on didn't work so well.
Response: Drat, I was afraid the envelope might over power the ATC :P I'm glad you liked it them anyhow. I love dinos! (:
Response: Hahaha, I'm so glad you liked it! I had so much fun with it (:
Response: No problem (: Thanks for rating and I am so glad you liked the paper and note cards! :D
Response: :D I'm so glad you liked the whole ensemble, those ATCs just *belonged* in that envelope. I had a lot of fun with it. Do let me know if you ever want to swap again (:
Response: No problem (: thanks for rating so quickly!
Response: I'm glad you liked the tea fish! I love playing around with tea tags. (:
Response: Thank you for the kind words, I'm so glad you liked both the ATC and the envie (:
Response: (: Thank you, I'm glad you like it! I made a few with her on it, but I believe the one I sent you had undiluted watercolor in the background and she is embossed. I've had a whole new world of fun with my hand carved stamps since I got a heat gun (:

Response: I'm so glad you liked everything! I had a lot of fun putting it together for you. (: The sewn binding I did is a version of Coptic binding. It takes a little practice (of techniques, it's the only one I have ripped pages on) but I was able to teach myself over a few days with instructions from a book. ("Making Mini Books" if you were wondering.) Thank you for the kind words (:
Response: I'm glad you enjoyed it, I had way too much fun. (: I found another brand of tea that has really cool tags with quotes on them (good earth, I think) but all their teas seem to have stevia in them...
Response: So glad you liked it! (: Thanks for hosting the swap!

Response: Glad you... hated it! Thank you for being part of the swap (:
Response: I'm so glad you liked everything! I was kicking myself the other day, I found several more ad postcards lurking around. I might bug you again for a repeat when they stack up :P

Response: I am so glad that they got to you this time! I'm sorry you had to wait so long (: Take care!
Response: I am so glad that you enjoyed everything, you were lots of fun to shop for (:
Response: Yes, it spent 10 years in my drawer (the both halves of it) until this swap. When I thought about it, I couldn't believe I'd been toting it around from place to place with me for that long! (:
Response: I said "Hi" to Markus, unfortunately, being a mask he just stared vacantly at me and my family wondered why I was talking to myself <3
Response: I'm so glad you can use them! If you have a flickr or something you should let me know if you put up pictures of your project. I'm super curious what you'll make out of them!

Response: I'm so glad! I hope you can use it all, it was fun to put together!
Response: (: I am so glad you liked it so well, I hoped you would. They apparently had a series of them, the other one of the set I have run across was a poem about how the guy was "as lazy as a turk" It's amazing how humour changes (:

Response: Glad to hear it! I absolutely love that brand (:
Response: I know (; I love bad poetry day! Thank you for holding the swap, I have been so busy I almost forgot about it this year
Response: I'm so glad you liked it (: I hope it fills a hole in your collection
Response: :D I am glad you liked some of them. I laughed when I was putting the censor bar on too, I almost left that card out but I figured it was the most tolerable of the bunch.
Response: I'm so glad you liked it! I'm honored that you liked it well enough to put it on your mirror. (:
Response: Glad you enjoyed it (: I had a lot of fun making it (it made my deep cleaning a little more interesting)
Response: I always welcome a written letter and would absolutely love to hear from you. You should have my address (if I'm mistaken, PM me) so write away! I am so glad you liked it!
Response: I am so glad that you liked everything! I worked hard trying to find things to jam into the envelope keeping the price of postage in mind (and thankfully I did figure out customs forms and lived to tell about it). I'll keep you in mind if I find any other especially bad postcards (:
Response: I am so glad that I could make your day a little better with the jar! I hope things are better tomorrow and I hope the prompts serve you well. Take care (:
Response: Now that you mention it, and bring up my dislike section, I think I am going to go ahead and add "napkins" to my dislikes :P I am always afraid as coming off too picky but if you can hate candy made in china because it tastes like led (i did laugh out loud for that) then I can hate napkins (:
Response: I had a lot of fun doing the swap as well, but in all honesty, I am not the youngest of six kids (I am the youngest of two). I am also not a member of a bagpipe band (as much as I wish I could play). Thanks for playing, tune in next time (:
Response: I am glad it all got to you! It took me a while of researching online and glaring at my package to try to avoid any customs forms. (it's the biggest thing I've sent abroad and I hate paperwork :P) I look forward to hearing from you in the future! (:
Response: I am so glad! It is such a quirky and fun museum, I am hoping to get back down there myself when I have some free time (: Enjoy your visit when you come!
Response: I am so glad! The hairless cats are freaky looking, I wonder if I could make a little wig for one or something...
