Comment: Thank you for sharing. I've been to Munich twice. Love the city. The first time I visited on Oktoberfest. I am not into beer, but i decided it was the best time to visit your time. It was so void of tourists... (they all were at the beer tents) and the whole city was just for us. We visited museums and went to Opera. Happy New 2019!
Comment: Thanks for sharing your recommendations. I've never been to El Salvador, but would really like to go after seeing the pictures from there. The pupusas look amazing. Maybe I have to try to do them myself :) Thanks once again.
Response: You should! Pupusas are such pleasure food :S ♥
Comment: I love 'Feel'! It's a song that has just always been in my life :) aww, The Rasmus used to be my favorite band, I still have all their albums. Even though I'm a Finn and I've lived in Finland my whole life, I've yet to see them live which is kinda weird :D
Comment: I'm so sorry for my late reply, I haven't been very active here lately and it's showing :( I really enjoyed your swap though, I wish more people would take on reading again :) thanks for sharing!
Comment: These were such happy, exciting, and beautiful photos! Enjoyed getting a glimpse into your month, and seeing places in the world I will never be able to travel to. That was interesting about the symbols and how they can mean two completely different things depending on the country and belief system.
Comment: Thank you so much for resending your swap, Vanessa! I really enjoyed it. I so loved the cover of The Little Witch that I need to add that book to my TBR! And I am sooo envious that you have a wall of bookshelves and books in your bedroom. :-) Sadly, such a situation will never be possible in my bedroom, as even if I could empty it out, one wall has a window, another a door to the near backyard, the third has the door to the rest of the house and the closet, and the fourth has a Murphy Bed! But I agree: a bed and some books are indeed all one really needs in a bedroom. :-) Thank you so much for sharing! :-) <3
Comment: HA ! Thanks for sharing !!!!
Comment: Beautiful photos, Vanessa! Your shot of the seagulls and the rainbow, especially! :-) Also, that street painting you found, your new mug, and the purple flowers were very pretty and fun, too! And that vacuum! Were you able to get it untangled? :-) Thank you so much for sharing! <3
Comment: Oh nice, 14 books! That's a lot a lot. I could finish only 4. But anyways thanks for the reviews. I'm sorry you didn't like The Hunger Games. Book number 2, was particulary my favorite. I did finish it for 2 days. And year later I started Book 3, and it was so boring for me, I couldn't make myself read it for like 2 years
Comment: Thanks for sharing! It seems we have similar taste in books :) I LOVE Cornelia Funke, and was sad to read those ones aren't available in English. I found it especially interesting to see the international covers of some of these books - they're very different than the covers here!
Comment: Despite being sick and missing Christmas, it sounds like you had quite a few highlights during December. That's wonderful that you are your dad are getting closer. Treasure those times together. They will be fondly looked back upon one day.
Comment: Thanks for sharing. I love the graffiti. I read all the books about Pippi when I was younger. I really like them. I still think that adventures of Pippi are very amazing stories. Great photo with cold sparklers. My son Marek is 7 and he also love them. Happy New Year!
Comment: Oh my god I loved reading your email, it actually made me want to visit Nepal? Even though I've never even considered it?? And wow, the pictures are totally awesome, I wish I could see all that in real life <3
Comment: You should definitely try macarons! They're a rather unique taste and texture, and eating more than maybe 2 at once is impossible (at least for me) but they're definitely worth a try! Thank you for visiting <3
Comment: The lights in your photo were beautiful! Lights always make me really happy this time of year, as well. It’s amazing that you get to see so many musicals! And my fondest congratulations on your upcoming marriage! I’m sorry that it isn’t going quite as planned, but what does? And the sudden elopement is pretty romantic! :) Will you have to live in Denmark? I’m from the states.
Comment: Thanks for sharing your random letter with me! I have not read the Hitchhiker guide thought the galaxy. But I will have to look it up. I have never been in a book club, but I know I would love it!! Happy Swapping!!
Comment: You know I love getting swaps fro you and I'm such a fan of you and your bf XD he looks extremely happy in that pic, I hope you get to travel together next time! A friend of mine visited SF a while ago and she made my wanna travel there so bad! The bamboo-thing is amazing! I love the fact that the station hasn't fallen to complete ruins :) also yay for getting re-connected with family, I love seeing old pictures like that so thanks so much for sharing! See you again next month :D (sorry for my late rate, I've been under the weather and fell behind on ratings)
Comment: It's always nice to read about your life! I'm happy to hear you got your man back :D I've read about the museum thing, it sounds lik something I would enjoy! I've been to Munich once but didn't have too much spare time so maybe I will plan my next time to coincide with this :D the pictures look amazing, congrats to your sister as well :) (sorry for my late rate, I've been under the weather and fell behind on ratings)
Response: Duh! If you visit give me a heads up and we go together :D
Comment: If you like Latin America you should definitely like me a lot! Lol (I was born in Mexico and can speak Spanish), 😂 any who, I enjoyed our Instagram interaction!, thanks so much for your lovely comments and likes!
Comment: I would love to study languages, I would just hate to decide which ones to study! Your pics bring me so many memories from my trips to Germany, I hope I get to visit there again, and rather sooner than later :D also, haha, Lidl! It's always funny to see Lidl, I went to Crete years ago and our closest shop was this huuuuge Lidl, so not the typical Crete-atmosphere XD thanks for sharing your day!
Comment: Thank you for including YouTube links to all of the songs on your list, Vanessa! I enjoyed listening to them, but I cannot pick out which one I enjoyed the most! Fun choices! :-) Thank you for sharing!!! <3
Comment: A market full f books sounds like heaven :O I would buy so much XD I'm sorry to hear you couldn't attend the festival but that picture you send is amazing! It looks like it's from a magazine, I love it♡ what a happy looking bunch :) thanks for sharing, once again :)
Comment: Thank you for the comment! Yes, Amigurimi are SO cute! I am jealous of your list of languages! I will work on learning some Russian next, I think. Also, if you want to swap postcards sometime, let me know! I love postcards from around the world. Are you on Postcrossing?
Comment: hi Vanessa, thanks for the musician recommendation! I love his voice! Very cheering but soothing at the same time. I'm a fellow Bones fan, too. <3 Do you want to take the challenge of a postcard written in traditional Chinese? :P
Comment: Thank you for sharing! The romantic thing you said you do is a very good idea. I think I'll try it the next time I'm going somewhere - thanks for the tip. :) BTW, "Puu" means "tree" in Finnish. :)
Comment: Thank you very much for the interesting pictures and for the link The chocolate waffle looks yummy.I need to ask my daughter about the statue of Juliet . She visited Munich when she was 18. She found true love right after she came back :) She is 29 now and she is married to him
Comment: Thank you for the interesting topic for this reading swap, Vanessa. It is so interesting to see what others find beautiful! Your pick sounded (and looked) intriguing, so I'm sorry Death Comes to Pemberley was not entirely to your taste. But thank you for sharing! :-)
Comment: Beautiful pieces, Vanessa! Your "fancy pants" earrings, and the ones by your friend in El Salvador, look like they'd be such fun to wear! Thank you for sharing the pictures and their stories! :-)
Comment: Thank you for your recommendation of The House of the Spirits by Isabel Allende, Vanessa. I haven't yet read anything by her, but I see her mentioned a lot on Book Riot. Maybe I will make this book my first Allende read? We'll see! :-) Thank you for sharing!
Comment: As always, lovely to get your swap! Munich is actually one of the 4 German cities I've visited and even though I really liked Hamburg, Munich is beautiful! While seeing that beautiful picture of all the bread I think I cried a little because I love pretzels but can't eat them anymore because of being coeliac :( German bread is the best! (Unless you count dark Finnish rye bread of course :D) beer is not a big deal for me because I don't like it but still, it's a little sad :D so thanks for sharing, now I miss Germany! :D
Response: Aw no, I didn't want to make you sad :( So sorry!
Thanks for your rating though, and if you ever decide to return to Munich, you know who to call ;-)
Comment: I love Sophie, it must have taken extraordinary courage to have done what these woken did! I would love to have the chandelier, I'm so jealous you got to see it in person♡ my favorite Rittersport is the one with chocolate mousse, I can only buy it in Lidl in here so it's a special treat because I don't go there often :D oh and last but totally not the least, that cake girl!!! I'd eat a ton of that XD sorry for the lengthy ramble, thanks for sharing :D
Comment: Hi!! I'm sorry I don't know why my other rating didn't come through. I did it from my phone. None of them went through :((
Oh my gosh it makes me look so rude i wasn't meaning to be!! Thank you so much for all the lovely comments !
Comment: Thank you for the playlist! I finally made/took time to watch/listen to it today, and it was amazing! That first group, the singer Henning May, was FANTASTIC! I am amazed by his voice, and also astonished that he is only 25/26!!! Loved it! :-) I liked the non-English songs best. Those are the ones I am most thankful for. Thank you for including them! (Jamaram's first song, sung in french, was fun!) :-) Also, I LOVED the soundtrack instrumental pieces you included. For whatever reason, I broke out in tears when David Garrett walked out playing the violin. So beautiful! Thank you for sharing!
Response: Yay! I am so happy you took the time and listened to the music ♥ Thank you so much for that rating ♥♥
Comment: Thank you for sharing. Nice playlist. AnnenMayKantereit are quite interesting and so is Cro. Scorpions were my brother's favorite band. He gave me their tape when I was 14 and we still lived in Moscow; of course I fall in love with the music. They became my favorite band for years. They are still very popular among my generation. Last year they were on tout in Israel. Wind Of Change is my all time favorite song; for me it symbolizes freedom.
Response: Thank you so much for that rating! I am happy you enjoyed the music! The Scorpions are great ♥
Comment: Hi Vanessa, thank you for sharing pictures of your supermarket with me! It's funny to see your Lidl, because it really could be a copy of the Lidl I vistit every week in The Netherlands! I really like this supermarket too, especially because their good prices. Have a nice day! Best Wishes!
Comment: Thank you for the tour! This was a fun swap, made even more fun thanks to the fact that all three of you - my partners - are in different countries! I enjoyed seeing your German store. :-) Thank you so much for sharing! Thanks also for hosting!
Comment: Thank you for sharing your nice memories ♥♥♥ even I think you forgot to attach the photo of the lilies? :) But I liked reading you!! :D ♦rate after you added the lilies: no worries! :))) omg what a beautiful photo, I so love it, Thank you!
Response: OMG you are right! So sorry I am sending it along asap! Thanks for making me notice!
Comment: I'm sorry to hear that your choice for this swap was rather disappointing, Vanessa. You are the second of my three partners to have been underwhelmed by the one-word title book you read. I'll hope that you will enjoy your next book more! :-) Thank you for sharing!
Comment: Thank you for the recommendation! I agree that I would not easily pick up a book with a religious title myself, but it does sound like a beautiful, thought provoking story and I might read it some day.
Comment: Have you seen The Danish Girl with Eddie R.? I loved it! As I did love Fantastic Beasts, like for real, I don't think it could've been any better! Not a big fan of the Bridget Jones-franchise but they're ok when I'm having a lazy night with my sisters :D
Comment: Thanks for your list! :-) I appreciate your effort to include songs of so many different languages! It fascinates me to see such a variety!! It's very cool to be introduced to so many great songs in fields I had not had a chance to get to know. Best regards from Taiwan. :-)
PS. I love Khaled - Aicha pretty much. It's so beautiful! (though I don't speak either of the languages hahaha)
Comment: This book sounds really awesome. The bookcover I chose to share was also one that I judged by the cover so to speak. Sometimes they turn out to be even better than the cover! Thanks for sharing. I think I'm gonna have to give the book a read!
Comment: Thanks for sharing! Sounds like your mother has the same reaction to tattoos that my dad has. He also didn't speak to me for over a month when I got my second one. Hopefully your mother will be more accepting of your next one :)
Comment: I'm glad my mom isn't freaking out about my tattoos anymore since whe'd no longer speak to me :D I love the idea of yours and I'm always happy that people get tatttoos for themselves and not because it's cool etc. Go get more :D
Comment: Hey, I thought I'd done this rating already but apparently I never hit send. Thanks for coming by to have a look! The rainbow was pretty incredible. It was actually a double one, but it didn't photograph well. Have a wonderful day!
Comment: Wow so cool to see your postal ways. I am always so interested in how other countries do it. Germany is pretty darn quick most the time, unlike other places. Here we take an oath to not go on strike though so that is one huge difference. Being a govt. agency has its upside. Thanks again!!
Comment: Thanks for sharing your lovely pic Vanessa. I love that you explore your own hometown and I especially love the picture of the 'gazing man' with the sun setting and sky turning pink in the background. Very beautiful!
Comment: Hi Vanessa, thanks for your A-Z. I loved finding out about you. I think it's fantastic that you are able to speak other languages and you are experiencing the world by travelling. Good luck with your studies xxx
Comment: Wow, what a fun list this was, thanks for sharing! <3
I especially loved the first 3 songs, and also was very amused by LasBrassbanda. I don't listen to a lot of foreign music, but they make great discoveries in the shuffle swaps :)
Comment: Hi and thank you for your image. The Munich incident is terrible. Most people I know in my country speak about it like this: "Oh my god, another terroristic attack, immigrants are to blame for this and it is Angela Merkel's fault that she let the immigrants to Germany". Of course this rampage had nothing to do with the IS (as far as I know), but nobody cares for this. Horrible.
Anyway, I hope all of your family and friends are alright! Take care...my letter for you is already on the way :)
Comment: Thank you for sharing. Good luck with setting the wedding date. Great insight into children being beyond prejudices. I hope I am allowing my children to be more open minded than my parents allowed me as a child.
Comment: Thank you for the lovely comments on my profile. I had fun writing it, and it pleases me you like reading it. I love the Gone With Wind gif, next to Rhett's final words it's one of my favorite quotes.
Comment: Oh man, you nailed a bunch of covers I was going to put in myself! Clearly, you have excellent taste in music. That Marilyn Manson one is great, innit. Thanks for swapping, have a lovely day!
Response: ^^' I tried to stay mostly local and off the mainstream to avoid someone putting the same songs haha, seems like you have excellent taste in music as well :D If you like drop me your list as well, I got all curious ^^
Comment: Love absolutely all the cards you chose for me! I knew my favorite was Winnie the Pooh - until I spied the awesome sketch of Snow White and Dopey - wow! 3 great Disney cards, that fun and cute "Picking Peaches" and a scenic of India, a country that doesn't show up too often. Thanks so much!
Response: Yay I am happy you liked what I picked :D
Comment: Thank you for sharing your favorite cover songs :) I look forward to checking them out. Also a great idea to provide a link to the original. I think I will do that too 💜 My favorite is Come Together. I really don't even like the original, but love this cover. This guy's voice, wow! Thanks for introducing me to them.
Response: I know, right? They are pretty hyped in Germany ATM, recently released their first album, too. They have a bunch of awesome songs, you should definitley look out for them on youtube! Thanks for the ♥
Comment: I'm way jealous that you have the biggest fair in the world in Munich, I would love to attend. Also, I've always been rather interested in what is usual in the USA and what isn't overseas, such as surprise parties. My bff came over from Dordrecht and asked every time if she could refill her drink at restaurants, when it's absolutely free and normal.
Comment: Thank you for once again hosting and thank you so much for recommending a great book. I look forward to reading it! Just by the excitement you showed, I want to read it now and skip the rest of my too read pile!
Comment: Thank you for the book recommendation of a book you really love! Even though it's not my usual sort of genre, it sounds like a book I might enjoy! So I'll definitely add The Thin Woman by Dorothy Cannell to my To-Read shelf on Goodreads.com. Thanks, again! :-)
Response: Just so you know - This is no romantic comedy. It is its own genre in some way ^^ I hope you are gonna like it. It's a great book
Comment: Oh my goodness, as soon as "Take Me Out" starts playing I get a warm feeling inside. What a great song. Thanks for sharing :)
Edit - And I just saw "Only For You" by Heartless Bastards. What an amazing song!!
Response: Aww so happy you like them! Thanks for the ♥
Comment: Great recipe that I will try. You deserved the heart just for trying to get that recipe to me LOL
Sorry hadn't time to rate!~ have family in from out of state for the holiday weekend and this week. - Two of my kids, their spouses, two of their kids (my grand kids) and their sprouses and 5 great grand grand children! They have been keeping me hoppin' LOL
Comment: Hey!
Comment: Thanks for the sweet comment! I'm glad you like the format of my reviews. I hate reading long reviews (I tend to skim them if I read them at all) so I prefer to write short ones that don't give away too much. I'm glad that you're enjoying Red Queen as it's one of my favorite books.
Comment: Sorry for my late rating, all your wonderful PC's arrived a couple of days ago. I visited München a long time ago with my parent (40 years ago, I really don't know) and I still remember the Frauenkirche. And the name of Obermenzing on one of the tickets: it sounds familiar, but I can't remember why/what/where......
I love the Berlin postcard, I will never re-use it! The city has a warm place in my heart.
Response: Aww, I am happy you like what I sent! I live in Obermenzing, although it is really not touristy ^^
Comment: Thanks for your lovely PC.
I always try to google cities/countries on the postcards I receive. So I learned about this city of 1.800.000 people which is a huge meltingpot of immigrants which is an example for other cities how to manage that.
You're never too old to learn!
Comment: You did a great job with your recommendation. I have read that book.
Jasper Fforde just throws you into his newly created world, in his books and you have to accept his reality. He does it good job, but it takes a few pages to warm the reader up to the new world.
Response: I am happy you agree! Thanks for the ♥! I am currently reading part 2 :D
Comment: I always like reading about your travels, we seem to have the same taste in somethings :) thanks for sharing, and including pics, too! I want to go to Germany again, it's been 10 years since my last time!!
Response: Aww thanks! If you ever decide to visit Munich, let me know and we go drink a cup of coffee or something :D
Comment: I love the photos especially of the one of the children, they just melted my heart. I hope you had a great trip and have lots of memories and experiences to remember for the rest of your life :)
Comment: Fabulous list, Vanessa! I LOVED the grandpa in the Jamaram video. Adorable! The ending was awesome - so glad I watched all the way to the end. And so nice to be introduced to some new international music. Thanks so much for sharing!
Response: Yay! So happy you liked it! And I agree! This video is so cute ♥
Comment: I LOVED almost every single song! 9 out of 10! Your taste in music varies about as much as mine does :) My playlist can be pretty random when it comes to artists, genres, even languages. My favorite of the bunch was La Famille with the old man dancing and jamming out with his band of friends who are his family! I hope to be that cool when I'm old!
Response: Right! Why listen to just one type of music, when there is so much out there to discover! I am really glad you liked my list that much :D Makes me wonder what your list is like?! Maybe you'd like to pass it on sometimes :D Would be awesome!
Comment: Love so much the Snoopy thanks for the awesome comment =D. By the way I lived in Athens with my husband and we got married there. In Nigeria I again lived with hubby for business he had to do there. He is actually there right now for 5 months and it is so hard =( without him.
Response: Oh how nice!
And I can imagine!! 5 months is a really long time! Hugs Hugs ♥
Comment: Thanks for your playlist! It was so much fun because there were so many songs I hadn't heard before and because I'm a fan of German language (though I can't understand it much!). Maybe I'm stupid but I had no idea The Scorpions are German! Also, it was a surprise that the composer of He's a Pirate is German. Thanks a lot. :)
Comment: Thanks so much for the cute postcard! One of my favorites so far :) Thanks for the recipe too, my son and I will make them soon. They sound like a great cookie, I love cinnamon so I am sure that they will be one of my favorites too :) Hugs...Tammy
Response: Cinnamon is awesome! And I love these cookies! If you make them - let me know how they turned out :D
Comment: Vielen dank für das schönes Bild :D Haha, so much for my German and I'm sure it's full of mistakes in grammar, entschuldigung! ;)
Anyway, thanks again and also thanks for the lovely words, hope you will have a cute cat of your own some day :)
Comment: Hola Vanessa!
Comment: Thank you so much for your email! I definitely would like to be pen pals, and will be writing you an email back as soon as I get the chance to sit down and think about what to write (I have the same problem with the introducing letters as well!). I hope you have an amazing Christmas!
Comment: Why hello my favorite German! Thanks for the cute mail :D and the picture, they sure are siblings! I love Indian sari, it's so bright and beautiful and Sumina looks gorgeous wearing hers! Say hello to Sumi :) see you on the next round :)
Comment: Thank you for sharing your lovely list! There were a few songs in there that I quite liked, especially the song I'm a pirate. That violinist is amazing! Brassband was quite good too and Phillip. Cheers! Enjoyed that!
Comment: I had my mom read this book and she said that that author is incredible. I haven't been able to find any of her books in English. But mom says that I should try it out in spanish. Which if it comes to it I just might do it. I'll be looking for it in my next library run. Thank you for sharing!
Comment: I love the GIFs, can't decide with one more because first is Beauty & the Beast and it's maybe my favorite Disney movie and then it's the cats and come on, who doesn't like massage cats!! Thank you for always making me smile, always such a pleasure to be partners with you :)
Comment: Hello Vanessa!
Thank you sooooo much for the lovely comment! It did made my day! So thank you for coordinating this swap as well!
YAY to everything we have in common (from zero fashion sense to travelling to SAUSAGES!) I'm so excited to know we have so much in common!! Haha. Germany is definitely in my Top5 to visit!
I hope you have an AWESOME week because you deserve it!
Lots of love,
Comment: I didn't even know that anastasia wasn't a disney movie. I always assumed it was. And what's funny is that it seems so disney as well as dark. And I was always shocked. See you learn something new everyday!
Comment: Thank you, Vanessa! I really like this card because it recalls my campus life in university. My supervisor of master's degree graduated from Universität Bremen with a doctor's degree, and he showed me a picture of this statue. It impressed me very much. I am so glad that I can keep a postcard of it.
Comment: This was such a neat swap - I'm glad to be your partner for this! I was in Munich in December, but your message makes me want to go back as soon as I can. I'm very impressed by the number of languages you speak! I speak English and Spanish, and a little bit of German, but you're inspiring me to go back to learning more. :) I once took a university class that was an entire semester just about Don Quixote - such an interesting piece of literature.
Comment: A book about spies and battle and love? I feel so excited already! The storyline seem intriguing and I would go hunt this book down in the library soon! Haha. Thank you for the recommendation!
Response: it is awesome! Let me know how you find it ;-) Thanks for the ♥
Comment: Thank you so much for reseding the chocolates!
Sorry, really hate to do it but will change if I ever get a package from you. Sent a message, you read and didn't reply. You said to wait, I wait and still nothing :(
Response: Oh i am glad you finally received them! Thank you so much for the 5!
Comment: Thank you for sharing! It's sad that this is happening in Germany. Here in South Africa we have the same problem with people coming from other African countries - there have been incidents of these poor people being attacked and even set on fire. I wish the world would stop hating others.
Comment: Oh yum! I love the recipe for bircher muesli - it sounds delicious. And lolz about the most photographed bread roll ever - still looks awesome! Thanks for posting to your blog so I received it =)
Response: Aww I am happy you got everything at the end :) Thanks for all the hearts ♥
Comment: I've heard of this book but I've never read it! Now I know what it's called I'll have to make sure I put it on my 'to read' list for next holidays. Thanks for going to so much effort to get the swap to me.
Comment: Inkheart has been on my radar ever since they made it into a movie, I never really thought more about it until now.
Thanks for the reminder message! Keeping track of electronic swaps seems to be so much more difficult for me.
Comment: Thank you for you book recommendation. I have read majority of Inkheart for one of my book swaps but I couldn't finish it. It didn't really do anything for me. I love the whole idea of the story line and was quite disappointed when I started to read it. Thanks again.
Comment: I know what you mean about the blogs: I often never really visit any. I also think of the word 'blood' in association with 'heart.' My sister's celebrity crush is also Benedict Cumberbatch. I really enjoyed your answers! I hope to see you in future swaps.
Comment: Hello-Hello! Finally got the time to read your answers fully... they are fun to read! And I was wondering, why do you like POISON frogs? Haha! I'm intrigued. It was lovely knowing a little about you (:
Response: Haha. I am just always so amazed by their colors! You can find them in so bright colors and they look really beautiful, almost as if a child colored them. :D I never get sick of them!
Thank you for the ♥
Comment: Sending your answers on postcards was so cool, and I loved the ones you picked! You should definitely get a waffle iron, I use mine for more than just waffles- I make grilled cheese sandwiches, cinnamon rolls, mini pizzas, and all sorts of things with it.
Comment: I'm not a big quote person but I really like yours but you should remember not everyone has a tumblr or wants to get one to see your answers. For me it was no problem but just for the future ya know. I did enjoy your gifs tho.
Response: Thank you for the nice Rating! And of course everybody can see my blog. It is a public Blog after all (as all tumblr Blogs are 😉)
Comment: Thank you very much for such a lovely comment on my blog. This is why I love such swaps - they bring this great opportunity of meeting new, wonderful people and their inspiring blogs! I'm glad I could find you. If it comes to writing a letter with a glass of wine - I have never tried it before, can you believe? But after your comment and my immagination of such a peaceful moment I feel very tempted. What kind of wine do you like the most? *just curious, hehe*. You asked about the paper I created my envelopes of - one day I found an old, school atlas and this is where my envelopes come from. I'm head over heels in love with map envelopes - all kind of atlases are very useful then. :-) I'm sending you warm hugs from Poland!
Comment: Thank you! My bottles are of varying sizes [mostly 20oz soda bottles or wine bottles], but I'm actually in the process of moving them all down to a consistent smaller size that will allow me to keep them in something like a spice rack. It'll be a long process but worth it to display them all.
Comment: Thank you Vanessa for the the great package about Germany. I've always thought I'd like to visit there. I Love Castles! I'd want to see everyone if I were there. I never took a foreign language in school but both my brother and sister took German. You have a blessed day! Diane
Response: Thank you very much for the nice rating Diane! I am happy you liked my little package :D Best!
Comment: What a nice swap!!
Hey I do a lot of rehearse too when it comes to important calls, so you are not alone hahaha.
And I love waffles too, I hope you get that waffle iron (:
Have fun on April 25th <3
Comment: Thank you so much for sharing your day! German is my favourite country in the world, so it was cool to get one german partner on this swap! :) We have many Lidl stores also here in Finland, we visit about once a week there. Have a great weekend! :)
Comment: Thank you for the beautiful postcard ! That was a fabulous pick ! I can't wait to put it on my wall. I have some Winnie the pooh illustrations I found at the car boot and this is going to go so well with them !
Response: So happy you like it ^^ Thanks for the ♥
Comment: Thank you for the nice comment. All those gifs were added slowly over time, I just added them as I found ones that I liked :)
Also, Im a HUGE Sailor Moon fan! I recently started rewatching the series since the New Version (Sailor Moon Crystal) was released last year.
Thanks again and I hope you have a wonderful week! ♥
Response: Thanks for the nice rating!! Truth is, after seeing your profile I got all enthusiastic about decorating my profile as well! Took me about an hour haha ^^
Comment: I enjoyed listening to your wide array of genres! I think my favorite was the streets. what a cool funky song! Its easy to get stuck listening to the same stuff all the time. Thanks again! Oh I also loved the German Rock song! Sorry it took me a couple days to rate. I had to find time to sit down and listen to all the music! <3
Response: Thanks for the rating! Yes, those two are my favourites as well! I love the Streets! ♥
Comment: Thanks for sharing your playlist and including the links :) I like Outlandish version for Aicha more than Cheb Khaleb. Actually, I've known the song since my teenage life and it's been on my playlist ever since ;) I also like the song 'I am proud to be Nepali' though I'm not sure what the fighting is all about.
Response: It is a Propaganda movie for the nepali army. It Has nothing to do with the Song. Thank you for the Rating!
PS: Nächstes mal denn BCC statt CC verwenden.
Bisschen peinlich 😰😰
Comment: Thank you for sharing your favorite music with me. The R.E.M songs put me into nostalgic mood, I quite loved those songs when I was younger. Also I liked the song from Hobbit. I love everything Tolkien related :)
Response: You are very welcome! Writing that list was so much fun :) Thanks for the heart!
