Comment: Love the PC! I used to go to college in Oklahoma (go Sooners!) but I don't think I was ever on Route 66 while there! I'd sure like to move somewhere where the cost of living is cheaper but it's not in my "near" future! Thank you!
Comment: Thank you for the Puerto Rico Capitol card. I did not have any of these. I just got 3 vintage cards at a local antique store the other day. The Utah card even had a little sack of salt from the Great Salt Lake. Where the stamp was it said "When bag attached 3 cents"
Comment: Thank you for the Treasures of the Steamboat Arabia Museum postcard. I remember when they found the boat and have wanted to see the museum ever since it opened. One of these days I will when I go to KC. Maybe make it a special trip as I always seem to forget it when I am there.
Comment: Yay! I found you!! Thank you for the beautiful, thoughtful quote, and the foreign coins! I Love them and will definitely use them in jewelry or art. The swap name wasn't on your card or envie, so I'm sorry I'm a little late leaving your rating. Many hearts!!!
Comment: Thank you so much for the awesome Native American card!
I am super lucky to have my job. I am so excited to go back to school in August to study social work. I love my little homestead, it has always been a dream of mine.
What did you study in college?
Comment: Thank you for the wonderful PC. I would love to be able to grow my own veggies again! Usually we use my mothers garden up in OKC but she didn't do one this year. I also sometimes use my apartment porch but my current place doesn't have the space. Makes me sad.

Comment: Hi Suzanne! I'm so glad that you also understand the joy of writing. Calligraphy is something I have always wanted to learn...and believe this is also a lost art. I think it's so amazing that you know how to do it. The notecards are beautiful and I can't wait to use them.
Comment: Fun pattern! It screams 80s at. Me, do you know if it is from then? I know what you mean about vacations, I used to be a teacher so I wanted to be away from large groups of kids at vacation time. I've found postalettes at the thrift store and I've seen them on ebay. Thanks for sharing, I hope the meeting was fun and I bet your decorations rocked! Thanks for the PC, it's beautiful!
Comment: Hi Suzanne! Lol I was enjoying your letter so much and lol "listening to whining kids"! So true, think of sunsets and ocean breezes and maybe a guy in speedos, oh no not that haha. Thanks for your lovely letter. How did you manage so well printing it out? I'm all thumbs at that. Happy swapping!!!

Comment: Thank you for the wonderful postcard. It meant a lot to me that you shared your fears with me. I too had the same fear. No one in my family had autisim. While I was pregnant I feared the world for my boys...and it did nothing but drive me and everyone around me crazy! Both my boys were born happy and healthy. My son didn't get diagnosed until the week of his 6th birthday. Don't let fear stop you. Best wishes to you your husband all your nieces & nephews! Thank you again!
Comment: hi suzanne! thanks a bunch for the gorgeous postcard of the oregon coast. i would really love to go there someday for it seems like a truly remarkable state. i also enjoyed the inspiring quote you included. ♥

Comment: Thank you for the zoo pennies and the zoo map. I love to visit zoos and my family has a membership. We always visit zoos when we are on holidays. I hope that we are partners in penny swaps again.
Comment: Wowzers! :D I was Sooo excited when I saw these two pennies! I've always wanted to go there, & I showed my Granny the postcard & asked her if she remembered it... She told me a million times as a kid about taking a family trip there & a big man stepping on her mama's foot down in the fall area & she could barely make it the mile or however long the walk was, out the mountain... I heard it a million times as a kid! But, the kicker in this, she was having a good day today & she remembered it!!!!!!!! :O & I got to hear the story again. :) she has told all her friends on the phone about it & showed the postcard to everyone that stopped by! :D thank you SOOOO much for making OUR day! ^_^ BTW, if you'd ever like to do a private swap, send me a msg! :) thanks again!!
Response: What an amazing story!! Thank you so much for sharing!! God had His hand in picking that one for YOU!! My fiance has a grandmother like that, and we cherish the good days too! I do remember that long walk.... I had to go to the bathroom so badly, and there are NONE down there. I just got some today from the Oklahoma Aquarium. Hope that doesn't spoil it, but if you want to do a swap with those, or pressed penny and a postcard I would love to do so!! Hope your weekend went well!!

Comment: Funny you should mention the Nook. I was looking at it just before I went to the post office. I'm debating...I do love the feel of a real book, but I'm so tired of carrying dozens of books with me when I travel. And I always take lots of books. Maybe I'll put it on my wish list......

Comment: Thanks for the postcard! Sounds like you love the NW just as much as I do. I am definitely missing Alaska right now with the long summer sunlight. It's just the winters that I don't enjoy. Unfortunately, that accounts for 9 months of the year. I'm having fun exploring Oregon this summer though! Thanks again! Happy swapping!
